Great laptop, it's really fast and in comparison with the last year model with the mx350, this version with the mx450 it's about 25% in 3d benchmarks. You can upgrade the nvme SSD, but not the ram. The screen is slightly worse than the last year version.

Works as indicated. So very impressed with how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable my salesperson, Rylee, was. I have had the pleasure of dealing with her the last two times I have been there. Hope to get her again when I go back!

2 years quit working. It wont turn on or anything.

Laptop runs great and gets through multiple tasks very easily. I do wish the battery was a little better but overall great laptop.

Bought this for my daughter to replace a Lenovo Yoga 730 that broke way too easily. So far so good. Hoping for longevity withAsus.Reviews of Zenbook say yhat its a quality build. Got a really great price at the Christmas in July sale.

I'm very satisfied with the ASUS-Zenbook 14" Laptop. I use a wireless mouse (Logitech) for my convenience. All other features of the product are good.

Perfect laptop for every day work. I do basic stuff and have loved this much more than previous ones. It's the first Asus I have owned and am pleasantly surprised.

It has facial unlocking, the CPU is an AMD 5500u it is super fast and it has an Nvidia graphics that works perfect for classic games like the Witcher 2 also to edit videos in 1080p resolution

Worse experience I have ever had with a personal laptop. The laptop has two parts that have broken due to manufacturing issues. the USB on the right side just stopped working one day, and now the sd card reader randomly stops working and days later starts up again). The USB was the first to fail. I contacted asus who told me to go to BestBuy. Bestuy said they have to send it to asus and that it would take two weeks to repair. I'm a student and this is the only laptop I have. I told asus this and they tell me to send it to them instead now, but they want me to pay for shipping. Bestbuy with an in person check and asus both confirmed this is a warrenty case yet they want me to pay for their mistake. I decided to not because I'm a student so no money and cant spent the time without a computer. A month later the sd starts acting up. Now I cant even contact asus at all. When I go to the asus app it gives me the option to contact asus but following it only takes me to a help page. After literal hours of going in circles on their website trying to find out the real way to contact them I find the place but once I put in my information a pop up appears which says I need to contact bestbuy and the website shuts me out. Calling asus gives a robot that says...all contact has moved to online...yet there is no online option. It doesnt end there. The computer since getting it has always randomly shut off. it just chooses when to go into sleep mode or turn off. No apparent reason. just crashes or something. Close the lid? when you open it it may reboot or may continue where you left off, you never know. Over time it has gotten worse. it turns off frequently now randomly. Sometimes blue screening other times just crashing and turning on. It happens when the computer is left alone for more than 2 minutes. Another issue, Screen is very very dark. literally unusable outside. Never seen a screen on a computer or phone that was so dark. I actually thought it came damaged, I still think it may be. a search on google showed people asking why asus zenbook screens were so dark so maybe it really is just bad by design so either the manufacturing is bad or the design is. Other gripe. USB-C charging is a standard now and for good reason however this computer negates most of that by requiring a high voltage charger to work. Other laptops such as the macbook can charge on other not specialized chargers. Second issue with the usb-c, it's not tight enough. Tolerance is too large so usb cables just slip out due to low resistance. I am still in the warrenty period but Dont even know what to do. I am so disappointed and feel dismayed.

I bought this computer for my granddaughter and she loves it. She can takes it with her everywhere and can access the internet at school whereas she couldn't on the chromebook she had previously.

The computer is nice, but the touchpad is a pain to use. It constantly does not recognize when I left/right click at the bottom.

Really enjoying my new laptop. Haven't had time to really explore the full use of it. However thanks to the sales person that recommended it. Will be visiting again....Thanks

Excellent laptop so far. Load times are great. I haven’t used it for any gaming yet, but I suspect that it would do pretty well for most games that dont require the crazy-high graphics card and RAM.

I waited until Amazon Prime day to find a decent laptop, but found that almost all of the good ones were $800+. This laptop was the best value for its specs I could find. Really fast startup, no complaints so far.

I am having trouble with always hitting a function button or something and text in emails erase all the time.. Otherwise, great product.

Great laptop for basic work from home. I bought this specifically to take a remote test and it’s light,fast, and functional. Camera is not the greatest, but that’s my main complaint. Delete the bloatware.

Needed a new laptop. Did not want to spend a lot. Found this one. Light weight and holds charge for 10 hours. Had the intel processor speed and storage i was looking for

Great first laptop for teen. fast response, light weight and easy to carry around. enough memory and for homework and to navigate internet for fun stuff. great buy

The Laptop works great also I like that it is now Winddows 11 and the new O/S is really cool. The Laptop is really cool also since I can have a faster computer for my traveling Laptop.

i really am enjoying mt laptop I only use it for 1 onlime class but it is working great so far.
