It was still returnable so rather than fool with it I returned it. Worked great when it worked and was a great deal but it didn't work out this time.

Should have returned it when I discovered it wasn't a touch screen. Guess I assumed a 2021 laptop at this price range included that feature. Live and learn. Other than having to do a few unplanned restarts it works well.
