This was my first time buying an ASUS. We were happy with this laptop until the screen began separating from the body of the laptop within three months. After following the online instructions for repair I was told to take it back to Best Buy, who refused to fix it. I called ASUS several times and was told that Physical Damage is not covered. I tried to reach out to a manager to discuss but no-one "was available" to help me. As this was normal use (opening and closing the laptop) they should do the right thing and fix this otherwise perfectly functioning computer. At this juncture, I have lost all faith in this company. Very unlikely to purchasing another one in the future. Seems like shoddy manufacturing. Would not recommend. Stay Away!
