The laptop is great but... the touchpad is so annoying. Even at the lowest sensitivity just touching the pad makes it click. If you are considering this laptop (it's great), make sure to get a mouse. The screen has a weird gloss to it, which you only notice closer to the laptop, however, as a Macbook user, the screens on Macs are much better in this regard. I'd recommend this to anyone, but it does come with its share of shortcomings as mentioned above. If those don't bother you this is the machine for you.

beautiful screen. the sound is lacking kind of. getting it on sale is a must in my opinion as paying full price these issues woukd have been less manageable to me

We bought this as a gift for my mother in law and she absolutely loves it. My wife had to give her a little tutelage on how to use it but, overall, it's easy and dependable. She can manage to do everything she wants without issue and quickly from finances to photo storage and editing to surfing the Net to video calling. She's very happy with this machine.

Found a pre-owned Zenbook at my local store, as my current Lenovo crashed. Very minimal smudges that were easy to clean with some alcohol wipes. Otherwise excellent condition, even though it was listed as "good." Screen is nice and bright and Windows one drive was easy to transfer everything over from my old laptop. Will definitely consider pre-owned equipment from Best Buy going forward!

Very good laptop for my purpases with a beautiful TOUCHSCREEN OLED! Most touchscreen laptops I've used suffer from having weak resolution but this screen is beautiful and the touchscreen works great. If the computer ever overheats, hold it up for a few seconds and see how quickly it cools down with the built in fans. So far I've had no problems with the windows camera unlock but this laptop is missing a fingerprint reader... Still gets 5 stars because of the beautiful screen!

I love the laptop. I works very well for school and isnt heavy on my back. Well worth the purchase.

Bought mine about a year ago and have had only a couple problems with it. First, the battery life isn't amazing, but it gets me through a full day at school and almost a full day of work. Second, after leaving the laptop for a couple minutes and coming back, the display won't turn back on no matter what I do and I'm just forced to wait. I have recently discovered that plugging something into the USB port will wake it up so I keep my USB mouse dongle with me just in case

So far I am very happy with this laptop. I love the backlit keyboard, the color and speed.
