It's an amazing laptop, super stylish and compact. The screen beats any Mac or Windows laptop. The only gripe with it is the speaker location which can cause it to sound muffled.

The computer in general is good, the trackpad feels good, the keyboard is good, only the audio is downwards so it sounds pretty bad because of the position of the speaker. The screen is very good, you can notice the difference from 60 hz to 120 hz but it reflects a lot. If you do not mind the audio is a good buy.

The oled makes watching content great. 144hz screen, the screen ratio unique. Can run low graphic intense games but its not really a gaming machine

It is pretty decent laptop with fair price. I actually got it on sale. I am using it for the past 2 months and everything works well so far. One thing I didn’t like is the fan is located at the bottom so that you need to incline your laptop to an angle so that it doesn’t get hot. Overall it’s a good laptop and I recommend it.

Generally ASUS makes great products. But it seems the piece I received had terrible speakers. This is my wife's business use laptop and we had to finally give up on the speaker quality of this, its just garbage. Unfortunately this is beyond the warranty period - part of this is I did not make the effort in time to claim warranty but the issue started in the 2nd month of purchase and just got worse to a point of speakers being unsuable.

This is a really nice laptop and I got it for a really good price on sale. Unbelievable value. The touchscreen looks so good. The only thing I don't like is the numberpad on the touchpad. I haven't been able to get that to work very well.

I really love the Laptop. But the motherboard did crash after 8 months of buying. It was such a huge hassle to claim the warranty.

Good product, offers value for money. Build quality look premium but it's seems like plastic. I have been using it for a while no complain of processing and software POV. I usually use it for development and OTT :).

I love this laptop. It's powerful, works quietly, has an amazing display, a metal body, face recognition, and a camera that's better than the one on my other MacBook.

this is my first laptop and its been very good ever since I got it. been using it in school and for stuff outside and it hasnt let me down once, but the fan will start if something that takes a lot of cpu load.

hands down the best value for money i've ever gotten a laptop for. i got it on sale at 750 and it feels and performs like it should cost easily double that. the whole device is made out of aluminium, even the bottom of the device, so it has this nice heft to it and the whole device feels premium as a result. the screen is stunning, with a nice level of colour accuracy, and an aspect ratio that's great for productive tasks, as well as the resolution making text very crisp and clear, even when the font is small. the processor handles even the most complex of my music production tasks with no difficulty, even when multitasking at the same time, which is rather impressive. juggling like 50 virtual instruments and effects, along with a browser is a struggle task for ill equipped devices, and the combo of the CPU and RAM handles the task with minimal fan spin. the iGPU can only handle 2d games and a low level of 3d games, but with the inclusion of thunderbolt 4 support on the USB-C ports, this can easily be made into a gaming device as well via a thunderbolt GPU dock. battery life is lovely. i used the device all day yesterday, and from 10 AM to 11 PM, doing almost exclusively heavy tasks that are best done on wall power anyways, i only had to charge up twice. on my last 2 laptops i would have needed to charge 4 or 5 times in that same situation. the hidden numpad is also a plus, since i don't need it often but it's useful to have.

Solid Laptop-- I ran into a few issues concerning audio. An external USB microphone and my Google Pixel Buds Pro both had difficulty connecting with an acceptable level of audio quality. To be fair, it might be an intel/windows issue and not Zenbook issue. It was still rather frustrating.

Very nice laptop, battery is a bit iffy and the build sorta feels kinda weak but it never lags on me.

Works great. Use it for robotics so it gets lots of use and gets banged around a lot. Has held up very well.

This is a great laptop for productivity purposes. It is not designed for gaming, so don't go in expecting to play anthing on it. This is just a nice laptop for work.

if asus tells the customers if they wanted to install another OS on this laptop , it has to be TURN OFF the VMD Controller in the BIOS that will so be so much better, because it you dont turn VMD controller off, you wouldn't see the NVME Drive during the installation ,,,,,,,

I have had a MacBook for the last 8 years and it finally gave out on me and I needed to invest in a new work laptop. I did not need a Mac since I do not use it as hard as I did in college, just needed something different so after doing tons of research and seeing the reviews I decided to go with this laptop. I had it for two full days and it was not worth it I just took it back today for a refund and picked up the new MacBook Pro instead. Here are just a few of the issues I had with this product in my short time of owning: 1) Battery life is atrocious, easily the worst I have ever seen. I could barely surf the web on this laptop without it dropping 10% in less than an hour, tried playing a few light games on it and it went from full to 20% in an hour. Definitely not what I was used to before, so if you purchase be prepared to have it plugged in or not be able to take it anywhere consistently without your charger. 2) I got this laptop in the Inkwell Gray and it shows finger prints on the case and trackpad incredibly bad, maybe with the other color options (if there are any) would be better, but I got tired of having to wipe it down constantly to get the finger prints off. 3) Trackpad is huge, I did notice that it seems like most newer model laptops have a large track pad, but I feel like this one is larger than most others, it made it hard to type without accidentally pressing something or moving my cursor due to my thumbs/wrists having no where to go. 4) I saw another review on here that talked about the reflective screen being pretty bad and I dismissed it as a personal bias, but I want to agree with that user that the reflection is like looking in a mirror. As someone who likes to take their work on the go, trying to do anything outside was a nightmare with the glare. I know that a lot of these issues were personal biases, but the battery life was a big turn off for me. Hopefully your experience with this item will be better than mine considering this product does have primarily glowing reviews, but wanted to throw out some downsides I had while owning this machine.
