Right after purchasing and during the initial setup, I encountered a blank screen issue. After hours of troubleshooting, it became clear that the battery was completely drained, and the laptop wouldn’t power on, even while plugged in. It only started charging after being plugged in for several hours, which is highly unusual. Once it finally powered on, the device worked as expected, but another issue quickly became apparent: it gets extremely hot, even with minimal usage. This overheating makes it uncomfortable to use for extended periods. Overall, I regret this purchase due to these significant flaws.

Horrible battery life

I get roughly 2-3 hours of use out of each charge with internet browsing ONLY. I have tried every battery saving method and I still get close to the same amount of time. It's a shame that the battery is so bad. Everything else about the laptop is really nice. Aside from the non-upgradeable RAM of course. Which is ironic since it's LP RAM and it does nothing to help the battery in anyway.

Screen is awesome and everything is working well. Only thing I wish is that it had an SD card slot but that isn’t the end of the world.
