Being underneath, they sounded muffled and garbled. If you only plan to use headphones or external speakers I suppose it would do, but it was a fatal flaw in spite of all the other good features. Returned.

Bought for daughter in college and she cant even watch a movie on this laptop and hear over the loud fan. I have 3 other Asus and this is the first issue we ever had but not worth the cost if you have to listen to a loud fan constantly.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dont know how they came to this idea that a laptop should have an OLED screen as if it is a non-portable device just for watching exciting colors like a TV. The only problem with this slightly strong machine is its screen. it is not just because you literally cannot work with it in a place which is not dark (unless you set the screen in a specific angel that do not reflect the light), but my main problem with this superbright screen is that it is not appropriate for reading and writing at all. its colorfulness does not take care of your eyes, if you read a lot, and its laggy pixels will get on your nerves while you're writing. . - the battery life is normal: 5hrs for browsing. - CPU should be so good (i didn't do any heavy thing with it) - very good built quality. - not so portable . I'm going to return it and buy a normal screen laptop for my student stuff, even if it has a worse CPU and ram (sadly) anyway, if you are gonna buy a laptop to watch movies and see some pictures, it is the best option at this price (when it was on deal). otherwise, I think its fancy screen will make you disappointed.
