Great laptop for school work and general computing on the go. The 8 core Ryzen processor (don't be fooled by the 5 in the name, it's actually a Zen 2) is excellent at multitasking, and while the GPU is a cut-down version of the GTX 1650, it is better than the iGPU and will allow you to run 3D applications and some relatively new games. This laptop can also fold into a tablet mode, as it automatically turns off the keyboard and Windows 11 is easy to use with the touchscreen option. The camera is OK but it does come with face recognition, which works 95% of the time. It doesn't get too hot nor loud under stress, and you don't have to worry about the surface that this laptop sits on because the air comes out mostly out of the duct that's below the screen. The build quality doesn't feel cheap. Typing on the keyboard and using the trackpad is a delightful experience, and it features a numpad, which can be useful to some people. Here's where this laptop is lacking: having an 8 core processor with only 8 GB of RAM kind of defeats the purpose of multitasking that the CPU is capable of, and the worst part is it's soldered to the motherboard. For a better use of memory that you're stuck with forever I'd suggest debloating the OS right away or installing Linux. The screen is super glossy when it's at low brightness and near a light source. Maybe the touch-screen feature explains the necessity of having a screen that can basically act as a mirror, or maybe this is just another marketing trick. Finally, the thing that's been infuriating me the most about this device. It is the power button. It is a really serious design flaw. Every time you happen to put it in your backpack on the side with the power button, it will turn off the laptop even if you tweak the power button settings to do nothing because it is meant to reset the computer after a long press in case of unresponsiveness. There's clearly space for it to be on the keyboard, so there should be no excuse to do just that and be normal like everyone else.

I bought this computer for nursing school, during Black Friday. I got an open box certified for $439 which is wild to me. This computer is great. Light for the size, very fast and clear screen. The battery is much better than I expected. Couldn’t of found a better deal.

The simplest way to say this is if you are debating on this Zenbook 15.6", stop debating and order it now. Especially if you snag this on sale, you just cannot beat the price with the specs this 2-in-1 features! AMD Ryzen 7 5000 Series CPU, NVIDIA graphics suitable for basic gaming, all-aluminum body, and an IR camera with Windows Hello facial recognition. Need I say more? Performance is excellent, the touchscreen is responsive and the laptop has a nice selection of ports. I cannot come up with a single criticism, but I will say to be realistic with your battery life expectations.

It was a toss up between this laptop and a Lenovo product. I chose this one and thought I was sacrificing a backlit keyboard for a better processor. Oh contrair. The F7 key is the magic button. Love it! This product is fast enough for I need it for. And because I am not a serious gamer, the graphics and speed are just fine.

So happy with this purchase. I originally bought the hp envy 13 inch but it was too small, better for tablet use. The guy at my local Best Buy was beyond helpful in helping me pick this one out. They happened to be sold out of the bigger hp and the Dell he recommended next, so his next choice was the Asus. It ended up being $200 cheaper and is a great computer for what I need it for. It’s clean, fast and user friendly. I know Best Buy can be a little more on the pricey side, but it’s worth it for the peace of mind. Oh it also has facial recognition which works fantastic.

Never been happier with my new purchase! Amazing features with incredible specifications to perform for my needs. Music, photos use for business use, spreadsheets and document use as well as just streaming ,are all of my needs and more! The Flip book feature was a nice little bonus which I never thought would be so useful! Easy to setup and price totally affordable for overwhelming competition of laptops for sale. Get the Zen, it is what it says it is, zen/no stress!

I consulted Vahir & Erica, my two BestBuy sales staff @ the Woodland Hills, CA store. After letting them know what I needed the showed me a variety of laptops and I chose this Asus Zenbook Flip 15. The performance of this device is outstanding. Also, I purchased in addition Microsoft Office 365, which is necessary for my work.

Laptop is a great device but the Best buy deal was shabby. This is an open box so all the scratches and smudges are acceptable but the fact that the laptop came with 1/2 the memory it wss shipped with and the version of OS changed from pro to home.... that Was not on the up.and up. Returning tomorrow. AS FOR THE ASUS QUALITY its 3/5 stars. I deducted 1 star for the lack of ports and the 2 usb ports it has are USB 1. I spent $80 to buy a usb c adapter and that solved that issue but Best Buy geek squad did not update the specs after some pirate pilledged this box.

Have had for a couple of months so far I love the style, light weight and quick responses.

excellent option at a low price, very good processor and discrete graphics, it helps us for not so demanding tasks
