One day, it just quit working so we took it to see if we could get it fixed at Best Buy. We were told it was nothing that they could do, and we would have to get a new own. She only had the laptop for a year and a half, and I am going have to buy her a new one when she goes back to college next month and she lost all of her music she composed on that laptop. (she's a music major). Very disappointed and makes me worried about buying the next one because I went on the recommendation of the salesperson.
