Well to be frank. The laptop has been a big disappointment with both the manufacturer and BestBuy. I bought this as a gift to my daughter who lives in California. I thought that the price was okay. I got the same one a year earlier for 100 dollars less and with touchscreen so kind of of a downgrade. All of that is fine. My daughter who had used it for maybe a few days said it was working just fine and that the colors are amazing on it. Then a week later she went to turn it on and it has an error code. She charged it for about 2 days with the charger that it came with. She then called me and I said to her to take it to bestbuy they should take it since it has been less than 30 days. She took it to the Oceanside CA BestBuy. They told her because it wasn't in the 14 day return they couldn't give her a refund. My daughter said to Mark who is the Manager that is is absolutely ridiculous since it was brand new. Mark told her some interesting words to her ( not nice and not professional). I spoke to Customer Service Corporate Headquarters about his behavior. That is their policy. That's okay , but then she went to the geek bar and she talk to geek squad there where they said to her if get the upgraded membership we can then give you a refund I think it cost about $179.99 dollars where they honor 60 day return. My daughter called me in a panic , they said they wont do the return unless we give them the upgrade. I talked to them and in the end I said its like they have you at gun point give me money or we wont do anything. One of the other solutions was to send it back to Asus where it might take 3-5 weeks. My daughter is a student where this was completely unacceptable. BestBuy , maybe your suffering due to amazon and other retail stores out there , but you have lost me as a customer . That's okay I am just one person. In the end the laptop turn back on mysteriously it wasnt turning on and working because it was fully not charged. I can only imagine that this will be a lemon in a few years.

Very good computer with an excellent screen. It is very fast comes with a new updated processor.

nicely built hardware and extremely light laptop, packed with modern specs for daily productivity usage. Would be a lot better if this model is a touch-screen.

Fantastic laptop for people that dont need to spend unnecessary amounts of money for great performance.

I got it for a grandson going off to college. He was very impressed with how easy it was to set up. He tried it out and found it very responsive. I looked up best laptop for college students and this came out near the top. He did want an Apple product since he was using a chrome book in high school

This laptop works very well. It was a little pricey but so far it is working well.

Got this open box for my wife. Shes using it for work and loves it!

I recieved this laptop open box, supposedly in excellent condition. I thought the biege color looked really nice. However, there is something wrong with the ceraluminum coating they advertise, apparently with this color. Its gets dark smudges around the wrist areas, mine came like that. I googled it and apparently other people have had this issue. I’d be surprised if Asus didn’t know about this issue. Other than that its one of the best laptops ive owned in terms of portabilty. Its very slim and super light weight. Im still suprised every time I pick it up. Id try to get a Zenbook in a different color though.

As a student, it’s everything I can ask for. Stylish and also does exactly what I need for school. Price is super worth it.

I really wanted to like the ASUS Zenbook A14, but my experience has been nothing but frustrating. The biggest problem is the battery completely dying after only a few months of use. The laptop went from having decent battery life to not holding a charge at all, and I ended up having to replace the battery way earlier than I should’ve. For a product in this price range, that’s unacceptable. Outside of that, the laptop is lightweight and looks nice, but none of that matters if the thing can’t even stay powered on reliably. A laptop is supposed to last, not fall apart after a short time. Overall, I’d give this a 1 out of 5. I can’t recommend it to anyone. There are better options out there that won’t have you replacing parts months after buying it.

Love it! Lightweight, great screen. Easy to manage my work

i bought this laptop for school. I absolutely love it! its fast and the images are clear and crisp. I can have multiple tabs open at once and it doesn't slow down.

So for so good, very easy to set up and lightweight. Compatability hasn't really been an issue (except Snapdragon and most Canon printers don't work)

The texture on this laptop is amazing, the weight of this laptop makes it so much easier for me to bring it along during my travels. The system itself has been 10/10, nothing too complicated, and the graphics are really good.
