Great product, looks very sleek and is light as a feather. I love the product. Best buy customer service, however, was slightly less lovely. I thought that Best buy customer service was a bit disappointing for me because the laptop is currently listed for $50 less than what I paid for it. Due to the return period being over, Best Buy reports that they are unable to price match with themselves on the same product. I get it, and it's also kind of lame.

It has amazing screen quality and size, very light weight, excellent battery life. My only concern was that it comes with so much bloatware and on top of that Windows apps run on emulator (because ARM) my eam usage was always 80% or more even with light use. It is not easy to reinstall fresh Windows either. You can run linux on this mechine amd it will only use 20% of ram.

Love this laptop. Orginally purchased a display model Dell XPS 13 that had to go back due to faulty battery. I ended up with the ASUS. I am super happy with my laptop. I love this thing. Better than my Mac Air in many ways. If you are considering this laptop and are between an Air or this one, I would choose this one everytime. Love my Mac Air but it was missing something. I couldnt put my finger on it, but this ASUS covers everything.

The laptop is great for light work, and applications like movie watching and internet browsing which is even better becasue of the oled screen, and long lasting battery that can last all day. For heavy task like gaming or video editing it isnt the best. It can do lite games like Minecraft and edit smaller things but bigger things it tends to struggle.

Nice , light and strong laptop, the backlight is exceptionally good , battery life is one of the best in the market 36 hours , highly recommended .

What a great computer! It has a very long battery life and it’s very helpful for students like me so I don’t have to have my charger on me at all times worrying if my battery life is okay during classes.

Pros: thin and light, fast, OLED Cons: not as many standard features for the price (eg. Non-touch, WIN 11 home version, avg speakers)

So far, this laptop has met the requirements I was looking for. Small, light, fast and brilliant screen.

I bought this to replace my MacBook Pro from 2017 which stopped working, I mainly bought it for the purpose of video editing and it does fine even with only 16 gigabytes of RAM I basically no lags, But browsing and video streaming works perfectly, but to make up for it has almost a day and a half battery life even while streaming and video editing as well as extremely fast response time and boot up Definitely recommend if you're in the market for an inexpensive great laptop.
