I’m afraid to use abrasives because it’ll damage the surface so I guess I’ll have to live with the discoloration.

The store suspected I caused the dmaage, which I did not appreciate, but eventually offered a replacement. The replacement has similar damage. The black marks are very obvious on the beige laptop. Not happy a $800 is not in prestine condition or that I have to do another return.

extremely lightweight laptop

The keyboard and touchpad respond very well. For the price, I think it is amazing. However, it does not have a touch screen if that is important to you.

It is a good computer for a daily use. I just bought this, so I have not used it enough to give a lot of feedbacks yet. So far, it has been a good experience.

Only complaint is my Western Digital external drive is now a brick. WD software, Acronis True Image, is not compatible with ARM64 architecture.
