The computer arrived on time and in good condition. Setting it up was fairly easy and straight forward. I thought I had ordered a touchscreen laptop, but when it arrived it was not touchscreen. The laptop works, though and it isn't worth returning it for a different model. The lack of a finger print reader is slightly inconvenient, but the face scan works well.
