    I tried to buy this item a few times open box, the two times that i got the laptop was scratched, so that makes me think that the material is not as good as they claim, I found a better option and cheaper, i didn't use the laptop enough so i don't know how good is this laptop on performance. I don't recommend it anyways.

    Bought computer for my daughter’s Christmas / college gift. Seems to be good functionality wise. However, it did come with marks along the edges as thought color was worn down straight from the manufacturer packaging. Otherwise my daughter seems to love it, just bummed by the defects in the outer edges

    Very easy computer to use, and it was able to set up with no issues. It’s quick as well as the display is very vibrant. The speakers are a four out of five, but I’m always using headphones so not an issue. But great performance overall

    The computer is fine, but I cannot get it to print to a Brother Laser printer due to the ARM processor. The Microsoft drivers do not work and Brother drivers for ARM processors do not exist for my model
