Just one month???

I also tried opening some setting but it wont let me do that either....I was only allowed to exit the window. Will be returning today. Everything else its nice.

Cosmetic issues like others

Outside the laptop shell and inside like black marbling in the plastic that as not supposed to be there. We exchanged it and got another one with similar marks all over it. Noticed the floor model had damage too. Tried too different Best Buy locations to get one without black marks with no luck.
