Literally one of the fastest and best equipped 16" laptops on the market at this time, and there are many, many detailed reviews of this laptop here already so I won't repeat those. What I will say is one disappointing thing -- I'm a charger junkie and Asus designed this laptop to use a 130W charger (20V@6.5A), and there aren't any other 3rd party compact GaN chargers that do that! You pretty much have to buy the ASUS charger or a bulkier Dell charger. Why didn't ASUS design it to use 140W so it would conform to PD 3.1 standards and there would be tons of charger choices. I just feel the ASUS charger is a little heavy and large and don't like chargers where the cable is hardwired to the block. Apart from that complaint, the only other thing is the OLED display's white colors look a little dingy. My Mini-LED monitor is pure, bright white and this laptop display isn't.

I bought this primarily for Luminar Neo for post processing photos. It now takes seconds fo do what used to take minutes.

This replaced a Toshiba unit that never was speedy, but this laptop flies. I know I went higher end, but this laptop will be used for 10+ and seems to be able to grow with AI.

Light and fast laptop. Display is very reflective; I bought a mate filter it changes everything. I was expecting 20 hours of battery life, it is closer to 10. No problem so far with windows 11 and compatibility issues

Laptop is very quick, gets through pretty much anything I throw at it with a breeze. The display is beautiful and great battery life

Laptop was great overall as stated in the product marketing material. Loved the 48gb config as 32 sometimes falls short for me, because of which I bought this. However I kept getting minor issues which are unfortunately critical enough to not keep the laptop and it is going back: 1. My Bluetooth keyboard kept skipping key strokes and also I kept getting sticky key (which will keep repeating). I tried two keyboards that work just fine with my older laptop and same issue. 2. WiFi disconnection issues - infrequent, mostly when coming out of sleep, but annoying enough. No other devices in my home had this. 3. Laptop hung one time. I did not call support line but there were enough issues to not waste my time anymore on this as return window is only 14 days. Also, this is basic functionality and have always worked out of the box for past 10 year of laptop purchases, so it was unacceptable to even have the issues to start with.

This is the BEST laptop I have ever used ! The monitor is beautiful and nicer than my 5K Dell. Just all around nice.

I am very disappointed with my recent purchase and the service I received. The salesperson told me that I would receive an instant $175 discount if I applied for a credit card, so I proceeded with the application. However, the bill is still showing the original amount. If your salesperson was not familiar with the rules or promotion details, then better training should be provided. Providing incorrect or misleading information to customers is not acceptable and is not how business should be conducted. Please review this issue and let me know how the $175 discount will be applied.

So bought the laptop and returned it unopened and sent it back and 10 days later i still haven't received my money and i get an opened package sent back saying wrong laptop which is highly sus so someone stole it and i have made police report so where is my money I'm tired of yall trying to screw me

Had to buy a wireless keyboard & mouse. Issues w/saving file extensions ie .pdf. Glitchy system. Beautiful display and fairly quick processing.
