I ended up getting a usb mouse because the touchpad is AWFUL! Only one USB-A port, the rest are usb C and a HDMI so thats important if you're wanting to use a sub mouse and needing to use the port for your phone or something. Harmon Kardon sound but it is almost inaudible! Definitely need to connect bluetooth or wireless speaker if you need sound. PC louds super fast

Great except volume

This was not due to any issue with the hardware and purchase. Unfortunately, the problem was a need for a very portable laptop with plenty of ports. This laptop had only two or three small ports requiring a dongle for ethernet, USB, and power supply. Due to my heavy travels, this configuration was not optimal. I am again reviewing laptops for purchase and am finding that newer models are have added ports back as the public obviously needs.
