After exchanging 4 laptops, the 5th works great.

They took care of everything I needed without any fuss. They did forgot to transfer my tech support contract to the newest laptop so I had to return to the store to straighten it out, which was easy once I got there. The Zenbook computer is great. However I had to exchange 4 other laptops before I got one that worked correctly. They included an HP, two Dells and another Asus.
