The system does not "see" the update site. Has no issues on any other site. Runs hot when doing simple items such as you tube or FB video. I knew it would run warm if it had a couple or few applications open but single programs....I'm disappointed. Use it mostly for Blender, PS and Lightroom. I find myself using the desktop more than the laptop.

The games I play aren't super graphics intensive, but still too much for integrated graphics (other than maybe the new Intel Xe). This machine runs nearly silent even when I'm gaming. Maybe my only wish is that the screen were matte instead of gloss, but I think that' the price I pay for getting touch screen.

We bought it on the recommendation of the computer expertise of both the Best Buy sales personnel and a knowledgeable friend. Too, we tried out the display model and feel this was a very good bang for the buck!
