This machine is super fast. So far, really happy with this buy!!

Great laptop, awesome resolution, and everything like that.. BUT no ethernet cable.. not enough USB connections had to get an extender, so I can use multiple, mouse, and headset, the headset offered jack, is not supported by my job. Otherwise, it has been great, and can't beat it!

Awesome laptop, my kid loves the visual quality and speed

I really was excited about this PC. It had everything I needed. Speed great. Graphics beautiful. However,, The one huge flaw was that the touchscreen didn't work. I updated all of the drivers and it worked for about 24 hours and then stopped working again. Upon searching, I found that a lot of people had the same issue, so I promptly returned it.

Well made! Looks durable and really good for multitasking

The laptop itself was just ok. I bought it open box and before I completed the order I asked someone online at Best Buy what the return policy was. They told me because I am an Elite plus member that I had 15 days from date of purchase to return the item. This was incorrect. I had 45 days (huge difference) and it was fortunate that I had this because less than 20 days after I received the item, it stop taking a charge. I took the laptop into a Best Buy store and the Geek Squad employee looked at it and determined that the power adapter was faulty. When he suggested I purchase another one for $75, I said let's just return it. Which he did without question. I shouldn't have to pay for a new power adapter. I will say that Geek Squad has been terrific every time I have dealt with them over the years, and that is the #1 reason I continue to purchase these kinds of electronics from Best Buy. I know that the Geek Squad will back up the purchase. They have every time. The lap top itself was a bust, but I will be purchasing another one soon from Best Buy and I will continue to shop there as long as the Geek Squad continues with it's impeccable service.

Beautiful laptop with power, a convertible dream machine. Super fast start up times with graphics power to run most games on medium settings. Fast ground breaking wifi, get yourself a router with Wifi 6 for lightspeed connection speed. Sound is meh, not very loud.

I've always been a fan of ASUS and the ZenBook hasn't disappointed me one bit. Love everything about it, the facial recognition feature works well. I wish it also had the finger print login feature because the facial recognition is a single user application.

I love the Asus laptop. Live the screen, the colors, the comfortable keyboard. I can see the keys because the keyboard is a dark color and the letters are a light color. The keyboard is also soft touch so it is very comfortable

I bought this as backup computer while i travel for wildlife photography. very versatile with being a laptop or in tablet mode. boots up quickly and having the backlit keyboeard is a must for me to type in low light in the field.

Love the touch screen and the quality of the videos.

Awesome laptop, does the job and has fast speed!!!

I’d been hesitant to get another laptop because I always seem to be a disappointed. Most claims always fall short. I have to say I am pleased with the every aspect of this laptop. Right out of the box it looks great and feels solid. From the super fast startup to the so far flawless preference I’m glad I took the leap.

Using this to meet the needs of home office and portable entertaiment. Ive always had good results with Asus, no disappointments so far. I would have liked to see a faster processor, but for its compact nature you dont want it to overheat. Currently using this with 2 additional monitors. No system is perfrect, so know your needs before purchasing.

This is a great laptop. So many options at a very good value. Not displayed on the floor at Best Buy-but having had one before, I was confident with what I was getting. Very helpful with small business.
