Needed this laptop for school and I love the ease of use. Got a small notebook prior and i couldn't stand it...so this was vastly better. You get what you pay for!

Do not waste your time. Unfortunately the return window is only 14 days and I’m on day 15 or 16. I bought this because I needed something that could handle 15,000 pictures, minor gaming, silhouette software and go pro videos. This is supposed to be an excellent computer according to the guy at Best Buy and would handle everything but the problems that exist make me want to wing it across the room. It does not interact well with the MS software. I hate edge and one drive and just trying to transfer pictures has been madness but that is an MS problem. This thing freezes and shuts down constantly so just trying to get it to turn on is a nightmare! The power button is an issue and I’ve adjusted the settings and it just constantly sleeps or hibernates and it’s difficult to get it out of that mode. I keep my laptops up and going at all times and bypass the sleep/hibernate but this computer has issues and I can’t get it to stop so you will be frustrated with just that part alone. The picture quality is absolutely fabulous though ... the images are amazing. Feel free to buy mine because I absolutely hate it! I was switching to this because my other 2 laptops are getting slow but I just keep using them because this one has been so frustrating! It is currently frozen and the power button and every other button is doing nothing! Hopefully my husband will fix it when he comes home but if I continue to mess with it I’m going to slam it into a wall. I do like that it has a type c port for my iPhone pro max. Nice size, slim and looks nice but that’s the end of the compliments! I had a 17” and going down to 15.6 I don’t see much difference ... the screen size is perfect. I honestly wouldn’t buy it ... please do your research because a large number of people have the issue with the hibernation and sleep modes. I should have bought the L-__-VO one that I wanted! A waste of twelve hundred dollars! Good luck if you buy it!

I gave this to my son who is taking computer science in college and he loves this computer.

Alec was grea setting up my new computer and making sure all my data was transferred successfully. He was available for followup. So far the Asus is working great.

I was able to get a good discount on my purchase. Best buy customer service was top notch. I would definitely recommend this to everyone especially students who are looking for powerful laptop.

Went searching for a new laptop. The serviceman was very professional, gave great recommendations and provided excellent customer service. Love this laptop.

Overall a pretty good laptop. Descent specs and pretty clean aesthetic as well. Clean, quite slim. Weight is somewhat heavy, but not too bad. I still would not recommend lugging this around.

Just excellent construction, as an IT I can say it's well design and beautiful. Extremely fast and sharp screen image.

I use my new laptop for work mostly and I really like it compared to my last laptop. Although I wish the numbers on the right of the keyboard were bigger.

So far so good. We wanted this to run our cycling app Zwift. The graphics are great! The only thing I would say is that the touch pad is somewhat sensitive and may take getting used to.

So far I really like this laptop. Vision is not the best and the large lets on the backlit keyboard is great. It operates smoothly and there are many features.

Great machine! We are moving away from the “normal named business computer” brand at work to Asus or HP. Very happy with this Asus. Has what we need and waited for great price point.

My new ASUS is solid man! My old one is still kicking and it is 9 yrs old. The new one is bigger, it's got some cool bells and whistles and i feel l made a great choice. Best Buys website is easy to navigate and compare laptops!

Very fast. Laptop stays cool even for long hour of use. SSD is the best. Laptop is also lightweight.

Bought for my high schooler and she loves it. Picked it up on sale and hopefully will last into the first year or two of college!

Nice!User-friendly! The operation system is good, fast and convenient. Online use and internet security is OK by anti-virus software.

Great laptop so far. My daughter uses it for school and streaming and has not had an issue. It does what is expected for a laptop in this price range.
