    A great laptop--perfect you should buy. Has 16 ram fast. Sound is a little quiet with speakers but great with headphones. I downloaded the greatest eq app to enhance the audio-->Boom 3D and oh my good the sound is perfect now : ) It is the perfect solution to up audio in laptop; I don''t work for Boom 3D-->I't took me a few hours to tweak the sound to perfection. 5 star!

    This was a great deal. Purchased online and picked up the next day in store. Everything went very well and i am pleased with the purchse experience. The laptop itself has plenty of power and supports my professional needs as well as my private for video editing.

    NEVER BUY ASUS GARBAGE!

    This laptop is the biggest waste of money. Never buy asus. And ill never buy a laptop again. Hrs of frustrating work messing around with settings to not have to login everytime and well you guessed it... password every time. No matter how many youtube videos told me to change it. Would never go into sleep mode. Once you close the laptop to go into sleep in runs rhe fan even louder until it dies. Then when you go to charge it and turn it on, youve logged in withnthe worng password too many times and locks me out. After just turning this unit on it already locks me out. I didnt even have a chance to emter a password. Also changed me to windows 11 which made things even worst. I had to get rid of the laptop from the stress it was causing me. Not worth a dime. Garbage!

    Best Buy Stole My Money

    Been saving up for this laptop for a couple months, saw it go on sale, bought it immediately and it said my card couldn’t be processed, however Best Buy still took my money. I’m out 1,000 and I don’t have any sort of order confirmation and my account and cards are locked for the next 48 hours. THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION OF ASUS OR THEIR BRAND OR THIS LAPTOP. THIS IS A RESULT OF BEST BUYS SHADY PROCESSING SYSTEM.

    Camera did not work

    Awful. My husband bought this laptop and the F10 button did not work nor did the camera. The computer acted as if there was no camera attached to the computer. He did all the updates you can possibly do and called asus customer service and tried a few things with them. Even the lady told him to return it cause he probably got a bad one. We did not end up getting a new one but we did return it.
