Excellent laptop. Would have liked a 2 TB SSD but can get by with the 1 TB it came with

The laptop was what I wanted and expected. It is very sleek and fast. I'm looking forward to using this laptop as much as I can.

This is a very good value for the system they have built. Easy to setup and to work with.

Like the computer; so far so good. Only had for three weeks. Some individuals shared they weren't able to hear me very well. Went to Geek Squad to look at sound and they shared I may need an external mic. Was a little surprised by that as this is supposed to be one of the best types of laptops. Geek Squad agent stated that most laptops don't have great audio/sound. Hmmmmm

This a great laptop to have. It's fast, graphics are excellent, and the touchscreen works perfectly.

Super fast, beautiful color. I love it. Will purchase another if I need to. Looking to match it with an asus monitor.

This is our fourth Asus in the past nine months. Remote learning, gaming, video editing. They have been rock solid and everyone likes them. Family Safety through Microsoft works like a charm. Screen is bright and clear. Setup was a breeze. The only knock I have in this model is that there is only one USB port (traditional size maybe 2.0?) and none of my gear has the newer version yet. I bought a usb switch so not a big deal, but it’s one more thing to carry around and disassemble when it’s moved.

This computer has been a great upgrade form the Surface Pro 4 I had previously.

The first thing you will notice when you power this on is the amazing display. I was literally taken aback when the screen came to life. This OLED screen will blow you away. The first thing I wanted to do was watch a movie, but I forged ahead loading up all the software I typically use. With a large 1TB SSD, I was able to move all my files off my old laptop and still have more than twice the space of my old laptop. I didn’t do any side-by-side comparisons, but this laptop seems blazing fast compared to my old laptop which is also an I7 with 16GB of RAM. It is not as if it is light years newer, but it certainly feels like it. Since I am comparing this to a 13.9 inch laptop, I was not used to the keyboard real estate this provides. It even has a number pad. The keys themselves feel lively and have excellent depth for an excellent typing experience. Even though this is a larger overall laptop than my previous one, it does not feel extraordinarily heavy, but at 4.19 lbs, you may not want to tote this thing around in your backpack for very long. The sound quality is okay for a laptop, but considering this has sound by Harmon/Kardon, I would expect it to be a bit better. Since I tend to use my bluetooth headset exclusively, this is not a big deal for me. It has a an AI noise cancelling mic built in which is great for video calls. There is a video shut off switch on the function key row if you decide not to be seen. For ports you get a USB port, two USB-C ports, an SD card reader, HDMI port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The build quality is excellent. I detect virtually no flex, and the screen hinges are solid and stiff without being difficult to move. Everything seems well thought out and well designed. It is a lot of laptop for the price and well worth your consideration.

Very easy setup and transfer from old computer and I'm not tech savvy.

A great laptop with a fantastic bright screen (OLED) and a discrete video card that can play most of the games out there at 1080P averaging 30-60 FPS. The touch pad is the best I've ever used because of the slightly larger size than my other laptops and works perfectly smooth with your finger. It's the first laptop I can say I own that is an all-around winner.

ive had it for awhile now, it starts to overheat every now and then with ONLY google chrome. not good for anything that needs high processor! i did buy this used so it might have impacted my quality.
