Asus
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well Made sturdy device. Not a piece of plastic that brake easily. The only thing I do not like is the Windows 11 that can on it and that is not their fault.

Overheats quickly, can't run photoshop with GPU
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately a big let down. Was going to buy an HP 360 but this screen was so beautiful! Thats where the joy ends. The pen costs $100 if you can find it. I had to buy mine on ebay from JAPAN! Photoshop cannot run more than 10 minutes without the entire system crashing. I tried new A370M drivers, beta drivers, old drivers, no luck. Within 10 minutes using the GPU in photoshop on basic photo editing the machine locks up and requires hard restart while fans run at top speed. Fold it into a tablet and it lasts less than 10 minutes. It's a shame these 2 in 1 laptops arent using NVIDIA anymore and integrated Intel Xe graphics are SLOOOOOW. Taking this back tomorrow and will have to figure out a new laptop, maybe have to go without a touchscreen for drawing and buy a separate drawing tablet with a screen.

Worst laptop purchase I made
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this for 2 years and the battery fried with the latest update. Had an Asus prior and the same thing happened but that one at least lasted 6 years. Tried to get new battery for that one but they stopped making them and was unable to find a replacement. Bought this one, thinking the battery was a fluke, but it wasn't. Battery shows charged when plugged in, but once unplugged it immediately shuts off. Worked fine until the latest update. Definitely staying away from Asus!

Blue Screens of Death make the machine unusable.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This machine seemed like a slam dunk on specs. 12th generation i7, 16gb ram, etc. Everything seemed fabulous. Then it started blue-screening on me randomly. I wouldn't even have been doing anything crazy. Just web-surfing or going through pictures. ASUS support recommended updating the BIOS/Firmware and all the drivers. The next day it blue-screened on me in the middle of a zoom call. I figured maybe it's just a fluke hardware issues so I factory reset it and took it to Best Buy to exchange for a new one (Best Buy staff was Excellent). Took it home, and started using it and it blue-screened within a day. Updated all the drivers last night, and it rebooted 3-4 times overnight. The error in the Event Log is always the same: Critical Kernel-Power Error 41. I'm frustrated because my prior machine is an ASUS Zenbook from circa 2016 that I adore and is still in decent shape today aside from being outdated. I've always sworn by ASUS's superior build quality, but now I'm not so sure.
