    I have had this computer for only 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks time it has froze and made a loud buzzing sound. I had to hold the off switch in for about 30 seconds to get it to shut down. I have had the blue screen show up with stop code error. It had been dropping off the internet, although that seems to have stopped. I can't use my apple headphones with their jack. I bought this computer to replace my 10 yr old Asus. I guess they aren't as well made now. I am very disappointed with support. When I try to contact ASUS all I get is a message saying I should check with the geek squad!! It was supposably bought on sale but today its $300. cheaper.

    Its a good laptop but it hangs after a continupus use. Needs to be restarted again and again. I purchased an openbox first. Then returned. Purchased a new kne then..same problem came up again

    Overall easy to set up. I love the color it came but the biggest fault it has...the web cam. Its horrible, blurry, and dark. I was dealing with it but now the microphone isnt being detected. Ugh. So frustrating. I would recommend it but get a separate webcam to use.
