I have had this computer for only 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks time it has froze and made a loud buzzing sound. I had to hold the off switch in for about 30 seconds to get it to shut down. I have had the blue screen show up with stop code error. It had been dropping off the internet, although that seems to have stopped. I can't use my apple headphones with their jack. I bought this computer to replace my 10 yr old Asus. I guess they aren't as well made now. I am very disappointed with support. When I try to contact ASUS all I get is a message saying I should check with the geek squad!! It was supposably bought on sale but today its $300. cheaper.

Good choice on a computer. Never than my 20 year old one i was using.

Its a good laptop but it hangs after a continupus use. Needs to be restarted again and again. I purchased an openbox first. Then returned. Purchased a new kne then..same problem came up again

Had this for 2 years and the battery fried with the latest update. Had an Asus prior and the same thing happened but that one at least lasted 6 years. Tried to get new battery for that one but they stopped making them and was unable to find a replacement. Bought this one, thinking the battery was a fluke, but it wasn't. Battery shows charged when plugged in, but once unplugged it immediately shuts off. Worked fine until the latest update. Definitely staying away from Asus!

This laptop has so many great features and is slick, light weight, and meets all of my needs. Very happy with it!

Overall easy to set up. I love the color it came but the biggest fault it has...the web cam. Its horrible, blurry, and dark. I was dealing with it but now the microphone isnt being detected. Ugh. So frustrating. I would recommend it but get a separate webcam to use.

Honestly the Screen is worth the price of admission alone, and Asus has created a well balanced Laptop that has battery life/performance/thermals with a great Hinge. *Setup* Easy to setup, plug in and boots right up into Windows 11. Only downside is that Windows 11 really really really wants you to connect online and use a MSFT account. So yeah have you WiFi password ready and know what your MSFT account if you have one is since its needed. Otherwise its easy sailing in picking the options. Out of the box Asus picked a good power plan/balance for laptop use and didn't over bloat the Laptop. Nothing really to rid of which is nice. Once logged in easy to us and the IR Webcam allows you to setup Windows Hello, making logging in super easy. *Usage* Using this laptop is great in any mode, and Running it through Firestrike the CPU score is strong, though the dedicated Intel GPU isn't the strongest, its good enough for light gaming tasks if you wanted to go that way, as well I'm sure some productivity work and watching/producing content. The OLED Screen is nicely calibrated and covers a Wide Gamut and this screen is fire. Its very clear and just watching movies on this is great, esp. since they actually have a really good sound systems that sounds clear and wonderful. Its the first time I've been impressed by a laptops sound. The Touchscreen works well too and you can get an optional drawing pen if your want to take notes and art. Upgrade ability wise ASUS does provide the directions on how to open the Laptop and change out the NVME SSD if you wanted a larger one, but that is all that can be changed, which isn't horrible as 16GB of DDR5 Ram seems to be enough for Light content creation and light gaming. Overall I'm impressed with this laptop, its size and power packed into a package which strong battery life and good balance of thermals to noise. When I was using it to take notes the fans did not spin up and the temps on the CPU didn't get higher then 40 degrees using OneNote and Word. So this makes it a great working laptop to take notes etc with the power do a bit more. Overall if you want a good laptop to be productive this is the one for you.
