I bought it for my daughter for her first year in College. She liked it lot of storage, and fast processing

Beautiful looking laptop but I must have got a defective open box excellent rated, first it was missing the charger, second the speaker volume sounds so quiet even on maximum volume when compared to my other laptop at 5% volume. After updating bios and drivers and adjusting dolby settings the volume is still like a whisper. Returning this one.

Haven't used all the things it is capable of doing but so far is good.

Just bought this laptop around a week ago and already had to replace it twice because of the quality control of the laptop. The first time receiving it the keyboard came with hard indents on the keys and the lighting would not turn on at all. The second time around the keyboard was fine but both of the speakers were making awful static noises. I would not buy this online and would check your best buy and quality check it before you bring it home. If it did not have these problems the screen is amazing and it runs pretty well besides the underwhelming battery life.

I'm not happen with the overall Functionality of the this laptop. The power button is on the side, so each time you pick up your laptop is shut it off because you will accidentally it the power button. The mouse pad is not easy to use, only the crnter of the pad move the pointer smh. I honestly dont like this laptop.

Top of the line laptop, and is a flip type of laptop. Outstanding specs and so far the laptop has lived up to its specs. The resolution is outstanding. The one item that is disappointing, is not enough USB ports, which seems to be an issue with almost every laptop we demoed at Best Buy. Everything worked right out of the box

it was a great buy and so far its doing good with multi-tasking, plus battery life.

Very pleased with Asus quality. This replaces an aging Asus laptop. Smaller in size than I am used too but so far enjoying features. Only complaints are there is not a second slot to expand Ssd and charger is a proprietary instead of USB C. First Juno into windows 11 so far not bad. Definitely a different feel

gret computer for all around use. business, Personal doesnt matter. Very happy

Perhaps too much OS and app change for a some-years retired person. Would have preferred to stick with Win10. Also, heavy for a laptop. However, a beautiful piece.

The Asus Zenbook Flip 2 in 1 Oled is an exceptional laptop. Performance wise it is packed with a 12th generation I7 processor and comes with 16GB of RAM. Which is plenty of power to handle multitasking and any other medium to heavy workload. Graphics wise is a bit light it sports a Intel Arc A370M which can handle light gaming. I myself tend to keep my gaming separate from my work laptop so I have no tested it on this one yet but I sure it is capable of handle light gaming. Storage wise it comes with a 1TB SSD which in my opinion is what all newer laptops should come with and I am happy this one does. Next is the display it comes with 15.6” Oled screen which is the best part of this laptop in my opinion. Colors pop and the blacks are really dark. I enjoy watching movies and YouTube very much on this laptop. The screen is also a touch screen and I love that I can flip it around to get the perfect viewing angle. Another unique feature that the Asus Zenbook 2 in 1 touts is it has Amazon Alexa built in. I don’t think I have seen this built into a laptop yet but it’s a neat idea. Overall a very solid laptop that I would recommend to any friends or family.

This laptop packs quite the punch. Initially, when opening the box, the laptop rises up out of the box. I know it's superficial, but it makes the product that much more interesting and makes you want to try it out. The display is perfectly calibrated so much so I can use it for my photography work, as well as gaming. The amount of RAM, plus the processor speed make this lap top an amazing little machine. I'm extremely happy with the many features such as a bult in Amazon Echo that was easy to set up with all of my home automation. I'm also very happy with the response of the touch screen. Overall this laptop is phenomenal. I have absolutely no complaints about it one bit. It has a very sleek design, a bright screen, great features, it has a ten key, which most laptops do not. It like many other windows computers was super easy to set up and start using. The battery life is phenomenal. I'm able to program for hours on end before having to charge the battery. This lap top is great for anyone not just a gamer but for anyone that needs this type of computer whether it's for photography, gaming, or just business. I highly recommend this computer.

Nice replacement for my prior 2016 ASUS Zen Book! The USB C ports were a gotcha. if you try and use an adaptor to USB 2.0, only one will fit since the USB C ports are too close together.

I just picked up this laptop yesterday. First thing I noticed was the sound seemed off. When I went looking for sound settings, I saw that the speakers were Realtek and I found nothing about Harmon/Kardon in a search of the device, in spite of it having Harmon/Kardon on it. From everything I've read, it's supposed to have Harmon/Kardon speakers. This angers and disappoints me. Unless I terribly misunderstood something, I bought something other than what it was represented to be. Also, the SN registered as a Vivobook instead of a Zenbook Pro Flip. Very confusing.
