Don't purchase if you use Photoshop or Lightroom

Apparently there is a problem with the Intel Arc graphics. Best Buy told me they would return my money and bought it back because of the problem. I am really disappointed and can't find anything comparable.

Absolutely, a great laptop to love.

The laptop was not designed for creative professionals, although it will work properly running basic photo and video-editing projects, it will struggle or run slow using Adobe software.
