Had this for about 2 weeks. Display is awsome. Speed is not what I thought but good. Love the number pad but it’s taking some getting use to from my old one. Could us more port and I wish it had a full size and card reader. Backlighting on keyboard is not as bright as I thought and it says u can change the color but have not figured out.

I use my computer for school and I take it everywhere! It’s very fast and reliable! Just a bit flimsy around the screen but still good quality

Its fast, easy to travel wit but the blue exterior picks up finger prints big time. I like the keys as they are printed large so they are easy to see especially as its also backlit. The oled is amazing!

It is a great laptop only thing is gets a little bit warm pretty quick. Other than that everything works perfect colors are vibrant it is a good laptop overall

Outstanding display and speed. Versatility as a touch screen is very useful on the go.

Gets hot while playing games. Otherwise its prefect. Can actually play gta v online. New intel graphics card is pretty good so this made sense over any of the others with onboard graphics

I purchased the ASUS Zenbook March 2023 as I liked the features offered. The laptop has great battery life. However, I was quickly disappointed with the laptop. Within a few weeks of using the laptop, it crashed and needed to reboot, which continued to occur sporadically until June 2023 when I returned it. Also, I noticed that whenever I would touch the left side of the keyboard or rest my phone on it, the screen would turn off and display the lock screen. I always had to remember to avoid touching the left side of the keyboard while typing which was difficult. I finally decided to return the laptop because while using it, the screen turned black and I could not get the laptop to work. I turned the laptop on and off a few times to no avail. After the 5th attempt of turning the laptop off, then on (and calling the helpdesk), the screen finally started working. Another issue is that the power button is located on the right side of the laptop. Therefore, there are moments that I would accidentally turn the laptop off if I had to relocate to another position since I carry the laptop by holding the base. Lastly, I did not receive the ASUS Pen 2.0 with this laptop as stated in the description.

Took a little while to acclimate to the latest version of Windows but it seems to be a very nice laptop with the bigger screen, which is what we like, and the Terabyte of disk space.

This computer is fast and able to handle all I need it to do, including streaming, playing video games, Zoom calls, etc.

First Impressions were great, seeing that beautiful oled panel display, and the fact that it has 120hz without the build of looking like a gaming laptop. The one problem I ran into with this laptop however was that with the updated intel arc drivers (6/20/22) at the time, for some reason automatically increased the screen gamma I believe? Went into about 3 different areas to changing the screens settings, and nothing was out of the ordinary or increased that I could find. Can't Blame Asus for this however I am fully able to play a multitude of games even without the up to date graphics drivers as I went back and installed the previous drivers that came with the laptop Intel Arc Drivers still need a bit of work however that is the only reason I'm at 4 stars

Excellent resolution on this monitor. Doesn't have as many ports as I would like, but I have an external USB hub that works wonderful with it and allows me to connect several devices.

Love this computer. Have always been an HP customer. Was not happy with the product I had, so I switched. So glad I did. Speed is incrediblr

Great All around laptop. The screen is vibrant and can dim incredibly low to reduce eyestrain in low light. It is responsive and doesn't overheat so far

I have an ASUS laptop of about 10 years old and still works great but slower. So I upgraded to newer SSD ASUS laptop. Best laptops on the market in my opinion!

Bought this for school and travel purposes. Solid Laptop, with a crystal clear screen. No issues with the touch screen or flip to tablet. Really enjoy the battery life as well. Have not run heavy programs yet, but the speed as is, is great.

Fantastic product. First laptop for my son. He is able to do his schoolwork, play games and take care of everything he needs.

This laptop overheats WAY too much. It gets so hot that I cannot have it actually on my lap and having it on a table doesn't allow heat to escape. It could actually burn you. I use this almost exclusively for browsing, so it shouldn't be that strained. I play one game, The Sims, and it overheats and crashes even when that is the only thing open on the computer. The system either crashes or it freezes and you are forced to do a hard reset. It was like this immediately after purchase too. I've also had issues with the system just freezing or the cursor going missing without the temperature being too hot. None of the normal shortcuts or tricks to fix them work and again I'm forced to reset. I love the blue color, and the battery is okay, unless I'm playing a game. Then the battery drains quickly.

Great computer: Fast and light weight, super screen.

Love the beautiful screen very clear and bright. Love the backlit keyboard very helpful. Love the versatility of the this laptop. However someone who is not very computer literate it comes with no clear instructions on how to set it up. I was told by Best Buy salesperson that I could easily get QuickBooks on this as we purchased for a small business as of two months later I still can't figure out how to find it on here.
