Asus created a masterpiece. It has been a long a long time that I have been so satisfied with a laptop for working(coding), productivity, light gaming and watching movies. It is an amazing and powerful laptop, build quality is really good, the OLED 120Hz 2K screen (02ms response time!) is the best laptop monitor I had in a long time, just perfect for every use, looks gorgeous and super responsive. Perfect for coding, movie and videogames Excellent sets of ports. The form factor is amazing, smaller than the HP spectre but with a lot of screen estate. Performance are incredible too, the Intel i7 with 20 cores is a powerful beast, paired with the 16GB DDR5 and the good integrated graphics card. Good heat dissipation. Wi-Fi is the top of the line chipset. The Intel Arc 370 discrete, is powerful and it is coming handy for playing and video editing, and it’s keep improving with new driver releases! Battery life is good too, and on top of all of this you have the touchscreen and the tablet mode! $1400 is already a good price, if you see it cheaper it’s a steal! I got it for $1200 and it’s been phenomenal, really really good value and an excellent product from Asus!

Purchased to replace my Dell desktop. Beautiful display. High quality solid feel. Remarkable versatility meets all my expectations. I would recommend this laptop to anyone looking for top quality and versatility.

I bought this on March 3rd and so far, really happy with it. I'm giving it a 3-star rating as the rotation lock with the screen seems to be broken already. When I first bought it, the screen would automatically rotate and the keyboard would lock, which is what my understanding of the function is. Now I have to manually change the orientation every time and from awkward angles to get it into tent mode or tablet mode. It's a super frustrating issue to have. The pen I ordered when I bought the laptop hasn't even arrived and I have to deal with this issue already. Happy to edit this review to be higher if it can somehow be fixed,

Had good with my daily works but the keyboard has starting pressed automatically the / key

Still absolutely in love with my laptop. It has no problems running any game ive put on it. So far dead by daylight. Gears 5. Fortnight. Slime rancher. Minecraft. Palworld. And more.

Unbelievably nice screen! Excellent keyboard for a laptop. Plenty of power and versatility. Seems under-priced for all that it delivers. 16GB memory is sufficient but wish it was possible to add more.

I was a little nervous buying the computer without seeing it first. For me this was a serious purchase. But biting the bullet I ordered and it was shipped to my door in 2 days. Fantastic deal and fantastic computer.

Awesome machine. Best buy said it was a certified machine but when I went to Asus, they said warranty was voided and I had to prove I owned the machine to get updates. Asus would only warrant the machine for 90 days

The laptop is fantastic with its new 12th gen i7 processor and you're getting a great deal for all this comes packed with. However after only a month of having the laptop the screen will randomly go black and take you to the lock screen. This will happen multiple times in a row and is very annoying. I've made sure all the drivers are up to date and there are no system faults. Seems like there may be a connection issue with the screen and the base of the laptop causiit to turn off fhe screen. I always use Asus products and this is the first one I've had an issue with unfortunately. Other than that issue it's ther perfect laptop for home and work. Will be taking it in to get repaired.

Excellent laptop. Great touchscreen and works great with ASUS 2.0 pencil. My only complaint is the power button on the side. Sometimes I accidentally turn off laptop when I pick it up.

I have this laptop for over a month and there are a few problems that made this a bad investment over another laptop with similar specs. First of all, laptop with similar specs comes with a fingerprint reader. There's window hello face recognition but it felt very unsecured. It felt like anyone can login with just a picture of my face because I was able to login with a few face obstruction and my eyes closed. The webcam is only 720p and is very grainy in low light which made the facial login problem even worse. This laptop also does not comes with a pen. Good luck trying to find an asus pen. I have to settle for an off brand pen. When I try to charge my laptop, the entire laptop heat up to 66 degrees Celcius. I checked it with asus proart software. The temp on the casing is 47 degrees Celcius on an infrared temperature gun. You will feel the heat when doing heavy intensive task that put heavy load on cpu and gpu. The battery life is very bad. This laptop went from 80% to 20% in like 3 hours while I was surfing the web. I only have 1 page open the entire time and sometimes typing on microsoft word. I kind of wish this laptop have a mux switch to save battery life on less intensive task. I reset my laptop and the proart software changes where I can no longer set the keyboard backlight color. I looked on asus support page and there is no driver for this laptop. This laptop does have some pro. The casing felt solid and sturdy. The air vent is on the sides unlike other laptop. If you are doing heavy intensive task, you do not want hot air blowing on the screen. It will damage the screen overtime. Most people will not like the barrel charger that comes with this laptop but it's not a con to me. It charges the laptop very fast. It went from 20% to 80% in like an hour. I dislike the thunderport charging because under heavy load, laptop will draw a lot of power which means the usb c port will heat up. The tiny plastic center of the thunderbolt port will not last long. If it's thunderport charging on laptop like this, I prefer if they includes 3 thunderbolt port. Overall, I think your money is better spent elsewhere. You can get a better laptop that's much cheaper. I wanted to return this laptop but return period is over so I am pretty much stuck with it.

I’m happy all around- great screen clarity. The only thing is it seems to run out of battery a bit quickly and I need to recharge often.

Extremely fast start up time, good for travel. Was able to play some low spec games as well which is also very nice.

I purchased this particular laptop/brand yesterday because it had mentioned a free 3 month Adobe Creative Cloud trial in the specifications overview on Best Buy's website listing. This was a big factor for me as I wanted to experiment with it and see if I wanted to actually invest in a Creative Cloud subscription for the 2-1 set up this laptop offers. I was so excited to get it home and set this up first. After spending 2 days talking to 7 different Best Buy reps, 2 ASUS reps, and 1 ASUS supervisor trying to figure out how to access the trial - the ASUS supervisor informed me that my model isn't eligible for the free trial at all. Not the best way to spend the first couple of days with your new $1,000+ laptop. Best Buy might want to modify the listing for this on their website for this model so no one else wastes that much time trying to figure this out. ASUS seemed pretty indifferent to the fact that this was the case, and didn't offer anything to fix the situation.

I was hesitant to buy this laptop at first because the price seemed too good to be true. This is truly an excellent laptop with INSANE SPECS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Great for business or education. With integrated graphics, you can watch videos, but is not ideal for gaming. You can switch between laptop and tablet with touch screen.

Exactly what I was looking for and does exactly what I needed it for.
