I first tried a dell what a big chunk of plastic just down right cheap For about $200 more i got the Asus what a beast of a laptop very high end quality the screen is absolutely amazing Highly recommend PS my wife liked it so much we got 2 now

Always check any "Open-Box" purchase before you leave the store. I purchased this laptop to replace the 15" Surface laptop 4 I had. That was a great laptop but I wanted a 2-in-1. When I received the email letting me know the laptop was ready I drove 30 minutes to my local Best Buy and retrieved my purchase. The pick up experience was quick and friendly. I left and was going to drive home when I decided to check out the Zenbook. It was a good thing that I did. The exterior of the laptop look great. There were no dings, scratches or dents - like I would expect an "Excellent" quality item to be. The interior was another matter. While the lower portion of the laptop was fine, the screen had a crack running across the whole screen from top to bottom. I closed the box and went back into the store. I went back to the CSR who assisted with my pick-up and they directed me to the Customer Service area. So began my 40 minute ordeal to return this trashed "Excellent" quality laptop. While the person assisting me was friendly and very empathetic, the time required for this process was less than enjoyable. So what have I learned from this experience? 1) Not all Best Buy locations/employees have the same standards when grading "Open-Box" items. I no longer patronize or purchase anything from this particular Best Buy location. 2) Insist that the "Open-Box" item be inspected before leaving the store. This Best Buy location listed a Series 8 Apple Watch "Excellent" quality that should have never been listed for purchase (smeared with some foreign substance - I hope it was paint, scratches all over the screen, and a box that was held together with masking tape). 3) Customer service from the Best Buy website is poor and not empathetic. I will be writing a review for the Zenbook I eventually purchased and will make my recommendations on that one. This purchase wasted an hour and forty minutes of my life. Check any Open-Box purchase!

Overall it does what it is designed to do. I was impressed by the OLED screen. Screen is crystal clear. Start up quickly and it's compact. So far so good!

This is definitely worth the price. It has good quality and easy to handle. Fits snuggly in a backpack too.

Good CPU. Rivals my desktop’s 10900k with less heat and power consumption so it’s pretty impressive what Intel has done with 12th generation processors. Iris XE with 96 EUs is Intel’s best as far as integrated graphics go, and they’re fine. Capable of most 2D games and some emulators for older consoles but you’ll be playing pretty much everything else on the lowest settings. That’s to be expected though it’s not really made for gaming. I did initially think tablet mode would be nice for a game like Rimworld and it just doesn’t work very well. Switching into tablet mode can be finicky. You have to be careful not to touch the keyboard while you’re doing it or else it won’t actually register that you’re in tablet mode and you’ll be pressing the keys on the back and moving the cursor with the touchpad. Making sure the keyboard backlight turns off as you’re halfway through flipping the screen back seems to mitigate this but it’s more difficult than it needs to be. This is my first 2-in-1 so I don’t know if it’s a quirk of this specific computer or a general issue with Windows 11 systems. The ASUS management software that comes with the computer is actually quite nice. I really appreciate the setting that only allows your battery to charge 80% if you use it plugged in more often than not. Settings that allow you to adjust the refresh rate and fan speeds depending on if it’s plugged in or on battery are nice if you’re coming from a more basic laptop like me. Battery life isn’t bad considering I only charge mine to 80% and plug in at 20%. You‘ll still get a couple of hours of normal to heavy use. The screen is over 2k resolution and OLED. Big plus there. Sound is maybe a little better than what you’d expect from a laptop but it seems like Dolby slaps their name on anything nowadays. It’s really nothing special. If you’ve been using your laptops without headphones this whole time you might notice a difference, but if that’s the case even a cheaper pair of headphones is better than any laptop speaker and you should opt for that instead. Overall, very solid. I’m lucky to have gotten mine as an open box in excellent condition for a few hundred dollars off which really made the value unbeatable here.

Wife had a HP Specter 360 and after a few years of use the screen cracked so we went in search of another laptop.We looked at other HP’s and she stumbled on this one. We read the reviews about the keyboard being narrow but she has small hands and said this fit perfectly for her. She is a professor at the local college so a majority of her work is on basic applications like the Microsoft Suite, and let’s not forget web browsing. She calls that retail therapy. We have the BB Totaltech so we get extended returns so I waited to ask her if she likes it and she said she loves it. She has no problems with the keyboard and really loves the clear monitor. She said she would buy another one.

Love the fact that along with using the keyboard to get around, it also has touch screen. Excellent picture Can also different configurations Got many compliments from friends.

Overall a really good laptop. Fast with a nice size screen. This is my 2nd Asus laptop and I have no regrets! Battery life could be a little better, but other than that it's fantastic.
