The initial setup failed even after several attempts due to some driver issues. This is the second open-box product I bought from BestBuy, and the first was a great success, unlike having to return this device. The device seemed like a solid built despite its software issues.

I love the look of this laptop-blue, wth silver accents, reminds me of the HP Specter that I love! the screen is wonderful. I needed something with a number pad-this one is a FAIL!!!! If you need a number pad for a lot of data entry--this is not for you! If you are proficient on a calculator--this is not for you!!! The decimal is under the 2, the enter is under the 3, the slash it too far up or to the left to use for dates. While you think you will be able to adapt--it's too long of a learning curve to retrain your fingers--I'm constantly entering a 3 when I want to enter... and going to the next line when I want the decimal... and needing to look every time I enter a number or a date. Also the on/off button is on the bottom right-exactly where you hold when you pick up the laptop--every time I pick it up, I turn it off! The keyboard is very loose--not much resistance--not always sure where your fingers are... While it looks great-it's not for me because of the number pad--so if you don't need that and you don't mind turning it on/off every time you pick it up.. then it will be a great laptop... Only one USB! This one is going back! Lenova is coming home!

Very beautiful display. But it seems so small for a 15.6. That’s why I returned it. No real complaints other than that

I will never buy An Asus laptop again, came with full of problems, within a month after I bought it the battery went bad, camara was not working and the touch display was not working neither, right after the battery got replace., thank God, the it was still under warranty,

Great key board and nice touch to the keys. I haven't tried the flip function yet. Love the screen.

I love this machine, but you cannot read what I think about it because the review won't submit because it evidently "contains inappropriate language". No matter what I try to type, it won't accept my review. All words in the English language are now not appropriate for human consumption. Hey Best Buy... FIX YOUR REVIEW form if you are going to ask me what I think.

My previous computer was 10+ years old, so I needed a new one. I had never heard of the ASUS brand laptop but read reviews before purchasing and most of them were positive. I find that this computer overall performs well. I needed a computer that could multitask, which it does with ease. The battery is not as strong as I had wished, but so far that is my only complaint.

Great laptop. Quick, easy to use. It is my 2nd Asus and still not disapointed
