Unable to Setup/Run OS

This is the second open-box product I bought from BestBuy, and the first was a great success, unlike having to return this device. The device seemed like a solid built despite its software issues.

No matter what I try to type, it won't accept my review. All words in the English language are now not appropriate for human consumption. Hey Best Buy... FIX YOUR REVIEW form if you are going to ask me what I think.

Review of the ASUS 12th Generation Laptop

I had never heard of the ASUS brand laptop but read reviews before purchasing and most of them were positive. I find that this computer overall performs well. I needed a computer that could multitask, which it does with ease. The battery is not as strong as I had wished, but so far that is my only complaint.
