    This ASUS laptop is a really solid device. In particular, I am impressed with the build quality and display on this machine. I have used many different laptops over the years and I have to say that the build quality of this machine seems to be excellent. It is very sturdy and feels to be made of high quality materials. I have used many laptops over the years that are flimsy and made of cheap plastic, but this is made of much better quality materials and is a very solid and sturdy machine. I also have to talk about the display on this laptop. The colors are great, the brightness is excellent, and it is very crisp. Additionally, the display in this laptop is 120hz which offers smoother motion. If you intend to watch videos on your laptop, the color and video quality on the display are excellent. Even if you are just doing basic tasks such as email and web browsing, the display on this machine is really nice. It also has a touchscreen and ASUS Pen support which is an added bonus. There are also several other things I like about this laptop. The speakers on it work great and get very loud. I’m not by any means an audio expert, but from my usage of the speakers, I thought they performed well and provided very full sound with plenty of volume. I also like that this laptop has two USB C ports. USB C continues to become more and more common and is an extremely useful port to have. This laptop also has one regular USB A port and an HDMI port which is great. The camera on this laptop is decent. It’s not the greatest quality but it is not awful either. There are a couple things I was not a fan of on this machine. First of all, it is heavy. I am used to using laptops that are 13 inches, so this laptop is definitely an increase in weight. I would not want to be carrying this around on my back for extended periods. Not sure how the weight compares to other 15 inch laptops, but there is a noticeable increase in weight on this device over other 13 inch laptops I have. Also, I am not a big fan of the keyboard on this laptop. This may be because I am not used to the keyboard, but the keys don’t press as easily as other keyboards I am used to. It is by no means bad, but in my opinion, there are better laptop keyboards out there. It could also be that this keyboard requires some getting used to. Not the best keyboard in my opinion, but others may be just fine with it. The only other thing I would change on this laptop are the charging options. It does not appear that the USB C ports on this device support charging the laptop itself. You can charge other devices with the USB C ports and of course connect other peripherals, but from what I can tell, this laptop cannot be charged via USB C. Instead, you have to use the proprietary laptop charger and connector provided by ASUS. I have other laptops that charge with USB C and it is so nice being able to charge all of those devices with my different USB C chargers interchangeably. With this laptop, you have to carry around a proprietary ASUS charger which is a disappointment. Overall, this is a very nice laptop. It is well built, fast, has an excellent display, great speakers, and is equipped with the very latest technology.

    Would prefer a different color but n/a in this model. Never had this brand before but BB employees recommended it. I haven't used the touchscreen or flip.

    At first, the laptop had issues with the sound randomly shutting off and being unable to turn on without restarting. A system update fixed it and now I love this laptop!

    After less than 24 hours from opening it brand new from the box, the laptop wouldn’t turn on anymore. What a piece of junk! We bought it on sale for $800 down from $1200 but now we see why it was on sale. This really made me not want to buy another ASUS. What kinda junk works for less than 24 hours and then is fried?

    Biggest Crap/ Filed for Computer Lemon Law

    The biggest Crap ever created. The motherboard was replaced within the first year and 3 months later, the same issue with the computer. Poor support from Asus who tries to get away from their responsibilities. I am done buying Asus. I will file for the computer lemon law.

    This ASUS laptop is a great all around computer. Windows 11 is easy to use, the battery life on this computer is great snd the screen! OLED is beautiful!

    This laptop is a higher price point, but promises excellent screen resolution and high RAM and high speed processor. Unfortunately, the screen quality was still terrible. Streaming was awful. It also loaded websites slowly. It doesn’t make any sense. I returned the laptop.

    I bought this laptop on Jan 15 2023 return on the same day because when my son got home he found out it was already a return item to make matters worse he could not get it to work. Today is jan 20 and best buy still have my bsst buy card tied up on this laptop. I don’t know why best buy is so quick to take your money and take so long to return it. I need my card for other things

    I bought the laptop and it didnt work right from day one The nature of the issue wasnt readily apparent. When i figured it out it was 33 days after purchase and best buy wouldnt return the defective product. They shipped it out to be repaired on warranty.

    Equipment open box the description said excellent condition but when it was picked up it did not come with a charger, I had to buy a generic one in the same warehouse, but I never charge the battery, I went to return it and I had to wait almost an hour for them to make the return of the money

    I wanted this device to work for me. The display is pretty- when the device works. The stability of the device is horrendous. If I try to do anything more than word processing the device quickly overheats AND TURNS OFF. I’ve played with the utility Asus provides for CPU and fan management. The device just can’t handle the minimum of what I expected it to handle. Even having more than a few browser windows open will cause the fans to work really hard and the screen will go black. Worse, the trade in value of this device is pitiful. Asus’ warranty process is an abyss. I’ve had the device 3 months and I’m going to need to eat the loss. I haven’t had an issue with other products from Asus. I won’t buy another computer from them.

    Virus within 2 minutes

    I turned on the computer and went through set up process. I immediately went to Microsoft (didn’t google, directly to website) to activate my office software I purchased and this computer locked up with a virus. Returning immediately.
