This unit performs like my 8gb RAM I3. Slow to come up. I contacted the TotalTech support and that was not very successful. First time ASUS user and simply not impressed.

Very disappointing I thought I had found the Perfect PC. I spent over $1000 on something and now I’m having to go back to Best Buy so Naturally I’m irritated. It may be a bad batch thing with the batteries but I don’t know if I would keep it if they Are able to get it turned back on. I purchased it for the Chris displays the keypad was very important feature to me I’m mostly going to use this for words and possibly some video editing I’m not a very tech savvy person but I liked it up until he wouldn’t get on.
