    Try Inspecting before Packaging to Ship

    The first laptop that I picked up was disgusting and non-functional. I had to take it back to the pick up location, where the crew there did an excellent job to remedy the situation. I received the package with a bad battery that was causing critical failure alerts to complicate the usage and then the Windows 11 needed an activation code. Someone who boxed and shipped it failed to inspect it...At all! The crew at the Wetmore location in Tucson got me a working model and fixed the situation they did not create. EJ was excellent to work with in resolving this issue. I doubt I will ever order online again

    I loved it and I plan to get another for my brothers birthday. I owned Mac books and pcs but this one suits me best for business, homework and lastly for financing my bills

    Worst laptop I've ever had

    I bought this laptop nearly a year ago at BestBuy, and it is the glitchiest, most unreliable laptop I have ever owned. I abhor it. Starting up, it won't open apps for a ridiculously long time. The touch pad and power button are finicky and often won't work until multiple tries. The email apps often will show emails in illegible code rather than the actual text, and when searching emails the searched-for emails appear but then disappear before I can click on them (I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a number of times.) I had the HP Spectre and got this computer because the fan on the Spectre is too loud for zoom calls, but otherwise that was a far superior laptop. I have used Dell and Lenovo for work, and those also are superior and more reliable. I hope I never have an emergency in which I need to rely on this ZenBook because it is completely unreliable. I will probably sell or give away this ZenBook and go back to the Spectre which I still have. The ZenBook is the worst laptop I've ever had.

    Bought this 1 month ago and Everything was working great until i noticed small flaws, the part of the case that goes over the keyboard was bent and even with the key caps and one of the speakers sounds off and is buzzing
