I got what I expected. I’m not a gamer, but a casual user. My old computer was still running well, albeit slow. This was a good replacement.

This product is the perfect computer for what I was looking for and it allows for me to get everything done quickly.

Start up is fast. Does everything I need to do without being heavy. So much sleeker than my old computer

I purchased this computer after my old macbook air stopped working, this is a big upgrade and works well with programs like Revit

Overall a great laptop for the money. Wifi drops sometimes, but everything else works as it should. If you use it as a tablet, the screen rotation unlocks and is available to autorotate or lock in position. My only complaint is that there appears to be a bug that shuts off the screen if a magnet is near the lower-left part of the keyboard (just left of the touchpad). The keys are nice and I like the separate number keypad on the keyboard.

I've had this machine for a year, and right off the bat, I was impressed. Everything I needed to do as a high school teacher was completely satisfied, but I could also toy around with videos and various other items outside of work. The last few weeks however, my machine has started having ghost touches and is almost unusable. I constantly have to reset the machine and hope that I can get a session in where the screen doesn't decide to have a mind of it's own. Of course, these issues started right after the 1 year of ownership mark (can someone say planned obsolescence). So, now I'll go through the process of trying to get it fixed, which will probably not work out, and I'll have to buy another machine. Looks like another brand is in my near future.
