I use when kids Are at appointments and I’m waiting, able to use as a tablet or computer is very convenient. Only down side is I wish it seemed a little more sturdy but I haven’t had an issue for the year I have owned it!

Great computer, Unable to get extended warranty

It is fast, with excellent video and speed. I only had one problem in that after I set up the computer I got a message that one fan wasn't working. This turned out to be a diagnostic problem that was fixed. I had to return the computer to Best Buy because ASUS said that it was a 'Best Buy Model' and couldn't give extended warranties. The only coverage that I could have had after the first year was Best Buy TotalTech, which would have been good, except that I spend most of my time in Mexico and there are no Best Buy stores in Mexico. I would have kept the laptop if I could have received extended support. I ended up returning the computer because of the extended warranty issue and purchasing a Lenovo that I could purchase a Mexican warranty for.

Laptop is fast, and I like having a number pad. Only improvement I would make is to provide a indicator light on the Num Lk key. The PgDn /PgUp is part of the number pad and it can cause some issues to page down when the number pad is active.

I ultimately had to return it because I couldn't use it on my lap for more than 10 minutes. This particular generation of Intel processors are known for being hot but I didn't expect it to be so uncomfortably hot when under load.
