It didn't get through the setup process

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned 4 Asus laptops before this one and was satisfied. This one failed to complete the setup process without locking up. I brought it to the local Best Buy store because I ordered it from bestbuy.com. They were able to get it working after several minutes, they had to use the task manager. I returned it. I will not buy a computer that has a anomaly right out of the box. (Lack of confidence in their software)
