It took almost 9 weeks for BestBuy to get it "fixed". But the "fix" dropped the battery life to a totally unacceptable 3 hours. This should be a great laptop, but beware. It gets very hot, and that is probably the culprit.

Picture is clear. Best Buy notes this is a touchscreen computer. However, it is NOT touchscreen. Can be confirmed by looking up model UX5304V on Asus's web page.

Great ultra portable laptop with real battery life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If your looking for a very portable laptop with a decent processor good amount of memory and great screen, this is it. With tempered expectation that this is not a gaming laptop, it fills the niche for a ultra portable everyday carry laptop with its 2.2 lbs of weight and 14 hours of actual battery time. The screen is also great at QHD and being OLED. Its a U series processor but performs very well for anything outside of gaming. Asus has even pushed this 15w chip to 20w for some extra performance. On tope of being only .4 inches thick this laptop has a great port selection and allows you to go around without any dongles. If they could have squeezed in a SD card slot it would be even better but alas physics. This laptop definitely filled my requirements that the XPS 13 it replaces left wanting.

Really powerfull, you can play a lot of games on it. The only thing is that sometimes get hotter when you are playing, but is normal because is no made it to play videogames. I really recommended if you are in college.
