This is an excellent machine with one flaw. Premium construction, keyboard, battery life and a very nice light weight. The big screen is gorgeous too, except it is glossy and reflects so much light that it's kind of distracting. It would be perfect otherwise, so if a glossy screen doesn't bother, this is the laptop to get.

I am thrilled about this purchase. This is a superb laptop, with a fast response and outstanding graphics. I can perform multiple tasks without any trouble. While I hesitated on buying an ASUS product (this is the first one I’ve ever had), the advice I got at Best Buy was indeed the best: this is an excellent buy. I would totally recommend this laptop!

This thing is seriously awesome, and I'm so glad I got it. It handles everything my wife throws at it with her drawing tablet. Plus, all the art programs and other creative software run flawlessly, which is a huge relief. No lag or glitches, just pure smooth performance! I highly recommend it.

I’ve been using it for almost a month now. Overall, it’s a pretty good laptop with decent speed and smooth performance, everything runs smoothly. Occasionally, the screen goes black for a few seconds, but aside from that, it works well

Purchased laptop for work looking for an alternative to the Macbook Air 15. Pros: Lightweight OLED display is sharp and bright Performance - in regular Office type tasks and Web - felt snappy Design - I thought it looked clean and professional Ports - good selection of ports Ease of setup - been trying out Snapdragon laptops and had trouble getting printers and scanners to work it was nice to just have everything that needed to be installed just install without issues Cons/Issues: My unit had intermittent screen flickers Runs hot you don't notice the fans to much but it's hot like a gaming laptop hot just doing normal stuff Came without "Old" MS Outlook and subsequently the Mail setting in Control Panel which made it impossible to setup Exchange settings for Outlook Mail. New Outlook doesn't support Exchange Mail and I couldn't find a way to download Old Outlook and Old Control Panel. Ultimately returned for this reason It's a nice laptop that ticks off a lot of boxes. The screen flicker issue might be just with the specific unit. The heat is worrisome but I guess it's expected for something this thin. Ultimately the inablity to setup my Exchange email along with the flickering screen had me returning it, but this has me looking at some of the other laptops with this processor.

As soon as the ASUS laptop arrived, I went to set it up and plugged it in. Instantly, it was loud and became hot. As I was setting it up, it kept freezing on me. I called ASUS tech support numerous times, only for them to tell me to give it a hard reset to put it back to the factory settings. I tried to do this numerous times over a few hours with no such luck. It would only FREEZE again! They gave me a case number. ASUS suggested I return the laptop or send it to them for repair. I called Best Buy, too. ASUS and Best Buy were very helpful. I will be returning this ASUS laptop and will purchase an HP instead! I will not exchange this for the same laptop only to have the same issues 1 year and a day later. No thank you! :(

The best laptop, its speed and design are unique, majestic from every angle. I recommend it 100%. I'm more than happy.

This is the best computer I have ever owned. It's light and thin, very fast, and has a fantastic OLED display. Also, the keyboard is terrific, and battery life is quite good. The speakers are better than I thought they would be.

My last Asus got me through 10 years of school, work, DJing, and life. This was a huge upgrade with speed and SSD, I couldn’t be more pleased. Price point, options, and my Best Buy experience was top notch. Sam helped me, worked with me for an hour and never batted an eye at all my questions, and repeat questions. Asus vs Mac on price and user friendly is a no brainer for us Gen X folks that do not like change. Well done Asus, I’m a customer for life!

Easy setup, nice touch screen. Has the capabilites i need. I dont buy s new computer just because, i buy one when the old one is just no longer meeting my needs. My research says this will meet my needs for many years.
