As soon as the ASUS laptop arrived, I went to set it up and plugged it in. Instantly, it was loud and became hot. As I was setting it up, it kept freezing on me. I called ASUS tech support numerous times, only for them to tell me to give it a hard reset to put it back to the factory settings. I tried to do this numerous times over a few hours with no such luck. It would only FREEZE again! They gave me a case number. ASUS suggested I return the laptop or send it to them for repair. I called Best Buy, too. ASUS and Best Buy were very helpful. I will be returning this ASUS laptop and will purchase an HP instead! I will not exchange this for the same laptop only to have the same issues 1 year and a day later. No thank you! :(

Purchased laptop for work looking for an alternative to the Macbook Air 15. Pros: Lightweight OLED display is sharp and bright Performance - in regular Office type tasks and Web - felt snappy Design - I thought it looked clean and professional Ports - good selection of ports Ease of setup - been trying out Snapdragon laptops and had trouble getting printers and scanners to work it was nice to just have everything that needed to be installed just install without issues Cons/Issues: My unit had intermittent screen flickers Runs hot you don't notice the fans to much but it's hot like a gaming laptop hot just doing normal stuff Came without "Old" MS Outlook and subsequently the Mail setting in Control Panel which made it impossible to setup Exchange settings for Outlook Mail. New Outlook doesn't support Exchange Mail and I couldn't find a way to download Old Outlook and Old Control Panel. Ultimately returned for this reason It's a nice laptop that ticks off a lot of boxes. The screen flicker issue might be just with the specific unit. The heat is worrisome but I guess it's expected for something this thin. Ultimately the inablity to setup my Exchange email along with the flickering screen had me returning it, but this has me looking at some of the other laptops with this processor.

This laptop has been great for school, programming, virtual machines, and much more. The screen is OLED screen is great. Speakers are not too bad as well. Sometimes it gets hotter than I would like, but it is a very thin laptop so still good.

While the aesthetics with the design and feel of this laptop are top-tier, there are better laptops more worthy of purchase on the market. While the technical specifications of this unit are mostly solid, it goes underutilized and remains unstable. Constant thermal throttling and BSODs (Blue Screens of Death) make this laptop unusable. No amount of thermal pad/paste reapplications or any bios updates will remedy or solve the problems occurred. Good luck with ASUS customer service if you end up attempting to contact them- they’re just as unreliable.

I purchased this laptop primarily for architectural work using AutoCAD and 3D programs, and I’m 100% satisfied. Rendering is fast, and even heavy programs run smoothly. The basic pre-installed programs are well-organized and easy to use. The laptop also boots up very quickly. Highly recommended for design professionals!

Absolutely love Asus! This is my third Asus and absolutely love them. My previous ones still run just can’t keep up with all the new software and apps. But this one is amazing and since my old one is from 2015 it was time. You will not be disappointed with Asus of any kind. This laptop is awesome especially everything that comes on it!

I bought it open box in good condition, which you might see something wrong like scratch and what not, but it started having problems with the screen. First the touch screen feature stopped working. Which I found strange, but then 2 days later it black screen while it still turned on. I tried everything from complete hard reset to resetting the gpu. It worked for a day until the screen just completely died. It wasn’t the screen being unplugged or anything, it was the literal screen leaving this world for good. Apparently a lot of Asus laptop especially the zenbooks and newer model have the same issue. So I can’t even recommend a laptop from Asus. I suggest looking away from Asus until matters like this resolved. Only reason I give it 3 stars is cause it was still under warranty. However, without it the screen alone would’ve cost 5000 to replace and to me that isn’t worth.

This computer is the perfect blend between aesthetics and capabilities. Great gaming and screen while being lowkey enough to get multiple uses out of it. 10/10!!!

I am still figuring out kinks with the system, slow boot times and stuck on please wait. Besides this, everything is fantastic and the screen is gorgeous. Form factor makes it portable even at 16 inches.

This product is an Excellent choice at a great price. The picture is exquisite. The resolution is beautiful. The refresh is quick and sharp. I’m able to navigate through the screens beautifully with great ease. I am very pleased with this product. There is more than enough memory as well.

Great laptop. Upgraded from a Lenovo Yoga 9i, battery life here is way better and laptop is shockingly light. Performs well and doesn’t get too hot or loud. Only slightly annoying part is there can be some glare in the screen if using in a bright environment
