    Amazing laptop! Had a Samsung galaxy book 4 pro before this and it had problem after problem. You will not be disappointed with this Asus Zenbook!

    Spent enough money on a new laptop so I thought I was getting a superior product. All seemed fine until the second day when I was unable to turn it on or off and it was very warm. Geek Squad was able to get it back up and running remotely. After that I realized the majority of my files were missing. I took it back to Geek Squad and they were unable to retrieve the missing files. Unfortunately I had recycled my previous hard drive.

    Computer worked great for 3 startups and tgen completely went black and couldnt do anything with it. Because it was open box when purchased they didnt have a replacement fir me.

      Hard Reset
      1. Remove the AC adapter.
      2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
      3. Reconnect AC adapter.
      4. Turn on the power of the device.

    It doesn’t seem very reliable. I found a bug that crashed the entire OS in the first 10 minutes. Kinda hesitant making it my primary computer.

    Very nice design, but sadly it came with a dead pixel and the fans were very loud when the laptop was plugged in.

    Bought this laptop with high expectations. Looks great , nice screen ,.powerful , decent memory. But from the outset it had of power issues , in that it would power off and would not power on until the thing was reset by holding down the power button for a while. Well tonight , it self powered down and now won't start at all. 3 months old only. I have owned quite a number of laptops in my life, but never had such a disappointment as this thing. Now have to send it back ,with all the hassels of starting with a new laptop again. Next one won't be an ASUS

    Most of the reviews here are spot on. Although I wouldn't recommend it for now...or at least at this price. My biggest problem is the performance when connect to an external GPU, it's absolutely terrible. I really don't get it honestly because running benchmarks are fine, and scores are actually decent... but when you try to play a game it drops down to 10fps. Not that I'm going to use it as a gaming laptop, but it would be nice to be able to do that while at home.

    Currently on my 2nd Zenbook S16. The first one was non-stop screen flickering and turning white or shutting off entirely. It would run red hot when the charger was plugged in and finally died in less than a week of ownership. It was red-hot and would not turn on at all. Returned to Best Buy and exchanged for the same model, thinking I was just unlucky. The replacement does not run as hot, but it still suffers from constant issues with the screen flickering and strange video artifacts. Today the screen shut off and would not come back on after multiple attempts to repower. It finally popped up and rebooted but I've had my fill of it. I will be exchanging for something else. It's a shame because if it just worked normally, I would really like it.

      We certainly understand your concern regarding the flickering screen, overheating, and the laptop not charging. To resolve the flickering screen issue, please ensure the chipset and video drivers, BIOS, and Windows are up to date. Regarding the overheating issue, this is normal if you are running resource-intensive applications and simultaneously charging the battery. The heat or temperature does decreases or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down. The issue, not being able to charge the laptop, may occur if the laptop is running in battery mode and the battery drained completely. In this scenario, when the battery was discharged completely, connecting the AC Adapter will not power on the laptop. Allow the battery to charge before you can power on the laptop successfully.

    Was nice when it worked. Stopped working about 5 weeks ago took back to Bestbuy and the sent back for manufacturer warranty. That been month still waiting fir parts. If you eant something reliable stay way from this laptop!!!!

    The Worst Purchase Experience

    The Worst Purchase Experience I ordered a laptop online and went to the store to pick it up, only to find that the box contained the wrong product. After repeatedly confirming with the staff, it took them two hours to verify with the manager that there was indeed an issue with the product. I requested some form of compensation, but the manager rudely told me that a refund had already been processed and asked me to leave. When I mentioned that this caused me inconvenience and that I wanted to report the issue to Best Buy, he dismissively said, “Do as you please; there’s nothing wrong on my end.” I can’t imagine what would have happened if I hadn’t checked the item in the store. The manager’s attitude was highly unprofessional, and I felt deceived. I sincerely hope that the purchasing experience can be improved in the future.

    Not worth the hype.

    I did not feel this was worth the hype. It is a sad day when you learn the ASUS Vivobook will have this same processor (or even the HX 370) at 50W TDP, whereas the ASUS Zenbook S 16 has a limit of 28W TDP. This is for proper thermal regulation given the design. Indeed it is a nice laptop, and a feat of engineering in many respects, but the "good-ness" of the 880M isn't able to come alive due to the thermal limits. I would be comfortable to pay $1399 for this same thing but with the 370, at 50W TDP, even if it meant the same 24GB RAM. I decided to return my purchase.

    Slick, Sleek, Lightweight, and Powerful

    Almost razor thin laptop, one of the thinnest I have seen. Super light, and ready to go not he move. Able to take the power of Windows 11 (won't be reviewing Windows 11, too many other articles on that). 24gb of memory is an abundance for most users. Average games play well, office suite works fast and quick. Responsive. While not upgradable, the vast majority of users should never find the need too. 16" screen is MASSIVE for a laptop, on average 1" bigger then most other screens in this classy hat is a lot of extra space for those that are working on designs, spreadsheets, and even games. Deep resolution on it, allows for very clear presentation. Bright colors, deep contrasts. Above average Battery life for a windows based system... have been able to run for 10+ hours, without having to find the adapter. Keyboard. Lacking a number pad, is fine for some... problematic for others... If you use it regularly, you will miss it... but, there are third party options for those that need. Camera is good for most meetings and basic usage, but if you are a pod-caster, consider a dedicated external camera so you can get the better lighting and angle. And yes.. my pet feature on all laptops. It uses a standard USB-C style charger, so that you can readily get cords, and replacement adapters, and can use soo many options out there, and travel easy with it. No built in network port (fine for its size), and you have the option to add a hardline via USB-C adapter. Great WiFi 6 connectivity and getting the full speed on that connection.
