That being said I gave 4 stars because 1) It doesn't have the 10 key buttons 2) It seems to come with One Drive. Which I did not want. 3) Some navigating seems more difficult than all my old PC'S.

They stop working for some unknown reason. I have to restart the computer to get the speakers to work again. It has been inconvenient during Zoom meetings

Disappointed - Freezes, Gets Hot and Loud

Instantly, it was loud and became hot. As I was setting it up, it kept freezing on me. I called ASUS tech support numerous times, only for them to tell me to give it a hard reset to put it back to the factory settings. I tried to do this numerous times over a few hours with no such luck. It would only FREEZE again! They gave me a case number. ASUS suggested I return the laptop or send it to them for repair. I called Best Buy, too. ASUS and Best Buy were very helpful. I will be returning this ASUS laptop and will purchase an HP instead! I will not exchange this for the same laptop only to have the same issues 1 year and a day later. No thank you! :(

Good laptop, but backlight was too bright

I had to close the laptop lid while turning to the backlight down so I didn't blind other people on the airplane. The touchpad could also be better, mechanical just isn't that helpful.

Thin and light is great if cooled properly

Screen is nice but very very glossy. Port selection is good. Windows felt snappy overall. Track pad is pretty solid. Battery life seemed okay. The biggest problem was how hot the keyboard and bottom felt when performing heavy tasks. Very hot to touch. Would burn your skin if touching. The fans would run while even watching 4K video on YouTube. This was a turn off for me so I returned the device. Most reviews have the same concerns with the heat so it is not isolated to this unit it is a design flaw across the board.
