    Numeric key pad

    It would be a lot better if it had a numeric key pad on the right side and not just the numbers on the top row.

    I don’t even know what to say anymore.

    Horrible experience with this computer and Best Buy geek squad. After updates, camera is not recognized and won’t be until 24H2 is released. Can’t release 24H2 to Asus computers because of “known issues”. Excessive RAM usage. Lenovo i5 with 12gb ddr4 ram was running better than this laptop. Randomly turns itself off after idle periods with lid closed. Asus sent me to geek squad for warranty coverage. Was told by geek squad they can’t touch my computer because it’s a company computer and before that were trying to charge me 100$ for a “diagnostic”. Then proceeds to tell me that asus aren’t that good and to get a Lenovo. Be careful out here. These companies don’t give a crap.

    Very service. Can’t return when discovered

    1st order was cancelled. 2nd order was missing adapter. By the time I bought adapter and tried it, the keyboard was sticky and had problems. I couldn’t return because it’s past 15 days. This is worst experience ever. Paid for best quality open box, got a defective and missing parts. Can’t return and can’t get adapter - fraudulent advertising.
