I love this laptop—it’s very aesthetic, the screen clarity is amazing, and the overall functionality is great. The only thing I would improve is the keyboard. It’s not very comfortable for typing all day long, and there’s quite a bit of unused space on the keyboard deck. I think that space could have been used to add a 10-key numeric pad. Overall, though, I’m very positively impressed with it.

Nice size. Light weight. Bought a refurbished and so far been happy. Had to figure out how to turn off auto brightness and get rid of copilot ;) my son is IT and gamer and also likes it. Love how long bsttery last. I haven't been able to run it out yet. Sat at 8-10% for san hour surfing.

I love the design and the biometric features. I also very lightweight compare to how big it looks.

I purchased a brand new Zenbook in July for $1200. In November I brought it back to Best Buy because the screen suddenly stopped working. I picked it up a few weeks later and when I got home, I realized the keyboard light was pulsing and pulsing and I couldn't turn it off and the touchscreen was no longer working. I made an appointment to bring it back in December, but was working on a big project and decided to deal with it for the time being. In late January the screen started turning off intermittently (still with keyboard problem and no touch screen) and in March the screen stopped working completely. I'm super annoyed to say the least. To make a big purchase for a defected item that has more problems after being "fixed" sucks.

Honestly i love it you can use it for light gaming the image quality and screen also make it good for watching movies or so on it also working its a all around good laptop

Works great. Response time on closing opening different applications or surging the internet is quick. Another thing i like is how light and thin the laptop is.

The ASUS Zenbook has been an amazing laptop so far. It’s fast, lightweight, and the battery life lasts a long time which makes it perfect for school, work, and everyday use. The display looks really sharp and the keyboard feels comfortable to type on. I also like how premium and durable the design feels for the price. Definitely a 5-star laptop in my opinion.

I purchased this laptop and noticed some software glitches but then I did all the software updates and all is fine now. I think most of the issues people are having have to do with just making sure you update the software. It takes like an hour to install all of the updates. It seems to be smooth sailing from here on it. I have bought many, many Lenovo laptops in the past and for the most part they have been reliable, except for the minor weak wifi issues, and cheap build quality, so I decided to give Asus a try. The build quality of the Zenbook S16 is very good. I love everything about it. I just hope it lasts a long time. I hear it's hit or miss. I definitely think Asus is on the cutting edge in terms of products on the Windows PC side.

As soon as it was out of the box I was in love with it. Sleek, thin design and very light. I play a lot of Steam games and it handles them with no issues. The ONLY con to this machine is that it has only ONE USB 3.0 port. But I guess they are going out of style.

The display is vivid vibrant. Excellent 3k performance Display adaption by face is ultimate

Absolutely love Asus! This is my third Asus and absolutely love them. My previous ones still run just can’t keep up with all the new software and apps. But this one is amazing and since my old one is from 2015 it was time. You will not be disappointed with Asus of any kind. This laptop is awesome especially everything that comes on it!

Love the laptop, looks good, very fast, easy keyboard; the only thing is I need to open it up before the accompanying separate monitor wakes up

Love the design, the bright screen and it great capability

This is a beautiful laptop. The design and display are impressive. However, it gets so hot on the underside and keyboard that I am not sure I am going to keep it. It is amazingly thin but it may be the thinness that that is causing the heat issue.

This is a case of a laptop that is based all on design with no thought of function (mainly heat dissipation). The build quality/4K touch screen/cpu speed/battery life are all very good, but because of how thin this laptop is, the heat build up is extreme. The keyboard and underneath get very hot/fans are constantly running. So typing on this laptop is not very comfortable. Also would be concerned for longevity based on the heat build up over time, depending on how heavily it is used.

I've spent the last few days setting up my new Asus Zenbook that Best Buy delivered promptly. The setup, including reinstalling all my apps, went flawlessly. I'm loving the OLED display. It's so easy on the eyes. The keyboard is very responsive. It is very fast both on- and off-line. I added a USB-C hub in order to add a network line, among other things. As a result, my internet speed literally doubled. I'm so pleased with my second Asus laptop, as well as with my experience with Best Buy.

TL;DR: I was shipped an "Excellent" open box unit that was essentially a filthy brick. Zero stars for Best Buy for shamelessly shipping me a dirty laptop in an unusable state and passing it off as "Excellent" (defined as working and looking like new), while charging me a premium price over "Good" and "Fair" condition. Hey, BB, this is known as fraud. The three stars are for ASUS, who thankfully included in their BIOS a cloud recovery... albeit a monstrous 14GB download (?!). Why did it come to that? Because WiFi wouldn't work at all during Windows setup... a dead end. After hours making the laptop usable (including a while of scrubbing the dirty smudges throughout the top), I'm mostly pleased with it... So far my main gripe is that the dimmest keyboard backlight level is still too bright for night use. I had to angle the reflective display away from me to keep it from mirroring the backlit keys. Some other cons include the so-so port selection, the lack of a privacy shutter for the webcam, and the lack of a fingerprint reader, which ASUS seams to refuse to include in their laptops. Things I like include the OLED display, materials, aesthetics, light weight, speed, storage & RAM capacity, large trackpad, large keyboard w/o numpad, sound system, overall value, and ASUS' tasteful & useful software/firmware aids.
