Good laptop amazing price. Open box half price and shipped to the house too

Got very hot with very little usage or speed. Weird angled metal is very thin and sharp right under the ports making it easy to break and get little paper cut type cuts just holding the laptop. Didn’t have a numpad like I expected a 16inch to have. No optical drive anymore and not much a user can repair, replace, or upgrade on it.

Fantastic laptop! All the right features and specs to make this an excellent daily user for business and productivity. Having had a Carbon X1 as my previous daily, the 16" screen is much more useful than the 14" on the X1. In my research this was the best all around unit, without going with a dedicated gaming laptop.

Very light and fast operating system. It has excellent display and graphics. I would definitely recommend.

Purchased laptop for work looking for an alternative to the Macbook Air 15. Pros: Lightweight OLED display is sharp and bright Performance - in regular Office type tasks and Web - felt snappy Design - I thought it looked clean and professional Ports - good selection of ports Ease of setup - been trying out Snapdragon laptops and had trouble getting printers and scanners to work it was nice to just have everything that needed to be installed just install without issues Cons/Issues: My unit had intermittent screen flickers Runs hot you don't notice the fans to much but it's hot like a gaming laptop hot just doing normal stuff Came without "Old" MS Outlook and subsequently the Mail setting in Control Panel which made it impossible to setup Exchange settings for Outlook Mail. New Outlook doesn't support Exchange Mail and I couldn't find a way to download Old Outlook and Old Control Panel. Ultimately returned for this reason It's a nice laptop that ticks off a lot of boxes. The screen flicker issue might be just with the specific unit. The heat is worrisome but I guess it's expected for something this thin. Ultimately the inablity to setup my Exchange email along with the flickering screen had me returning it, but this has me looking at some of the other laptops with this processor.

Very light weight, long battery life, and overall speed is excellent. I use this laptop for my mobile business and it is very reliable.

The young lady that helped me gave great customer service. She was well informed about the product, but most of all she had integrity. She was pushing me to go one way,but when I asked her what makes windows computer better honestly. She replied the Asus computer is the better deal.

I am thrilled about this purchase. This is a superb laptop, with a fast response and outstanding graphics. I can perform multiple tasks without any trouble. While I hesitated on buying an ASUS product (this is the first one I’ve ever had), the advice I got at Best Buy was indeed the best: this is an excellent buy. I would totally recommend this laptop!

I just replaced my 15 year old laptop with this ASUS. I have been missing out on so many new features. I really like the lighted keys. This cam with so many features & I am still discovering something new every day.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it! The screen is gorgeous and it’s powerful enough for very light gaming, everything she enjoys. Only small issue is the battery life isn’t as long as we initially expected.
