This is one amazing laptop, but I have some caveats. First, it has crap MediaTek 802.11, and surprisingly, the 802.11b is a little bit weak. I can get reception while laying in my bedroom, but if I cross my legs behind the laptop, that attenuates the signal enough that it will cut out. Second, the laptop is thin and cool MOST of the time, but charging heats up the battery A LOT. I wish there were a "trick charge" option. A lot of people buy this laptop expecting it to be an iGPU/APU gaming powerhouse, but it really is limited to 28/34w of power, so the 370 model is not really faster than the 365 model, and I got the 365 model because I mostly need a glass typewriter with a huge screen. The screen by the way is FANTASTIC (the nicest I have seen in my lifetime, and we have a $1200 Vizio Quantum X TV), and the performance and energy savings of this laptop are AMAZING. What is a problem, though, is bugs in windows 11, and you cannot downgrade to Windows 10 to get a stable OS because nobody is supportings Windows 10 on these AMD 300-series AI processors.

Great overall laptop. It is lightweight and has a great display. I wish there were more USB ports, and the brightness level seems to dip a bit, but is easily changed.

I’ve been using the ASUS Zenbook S 16 for a bit now and honestly, I’m really impressed. The screen is probably my favorite part. The OLED display looks amazing, super sharp with really vibrant colors, and everything just looks better on it. Performance has been great so far. It feels fast and smooth even when I have a lot of things open at once. No lag or slowdowns, which is exactly what I needed. I also like how thin and light it is for a 16 inch laptop. It’s easy to carry around and the white finish looks clean and premium. Battery life has been good for me, especially considering the performance. The Copilot features are interesting but not something I really rely on yet Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It feels like a great balance between power, design, and portability.

The display is nice and it is light. Wifi has intermittent brownouts, sometimes it completely disconnects which can only be fixed be a hard power off. Touchpad occasionally goes crazy and becomes hypersensitive. Putting it to sleep fixes this. I have had 2 or 3 times where it completely shutoff (while plugged in). It runs hot when watching videos. I wish I had returned it and waited for an Intel Lunar Lake laptop.

Whenever I first used the computer, it was the best performance computer I have ever used. The keyboard is nice for typing. It runs processes fast. It doesn't slow down even if there is a decent amount of storage. It has exceptional accessibilities that help in so many ways. This computer was built for everything: work, school, and personal use. It is very easy to navigate. One of my favorite features is being able to see what you have worked on in the past, by showing the tabs and what was opened last. It has a decent sound system, the pixelation is very nice. If i could change one thing, it would only be having the computer a little bigger. But besides that, it is perfect and exceptional. Truly the best computer you could ever purchase.

A lovely laptop, actually smaller in person. The screen is fantastic, and illuminates from a very wide angle, but it is a bit reflective. SO happy to find an open box of this, so willing to drive 90 mins up to Erie and glad that I did. Much more powerful that my PC which was no slouch just a few years ago. I haven't really experienced any overheating but I use it on a desk.

Despite numerous lukewarm reviews I am very happy with this laptop. I upgraded it to windows 11 pro and also installed a WD SN7100 2TB SSD. I use it with an expansion dock through which I connect an external 4K Monitor. The only complaint I have is that the ASUS drivers seem a bit dodgy. The monitor sometimes doesn’t receive an HDMI signal after hibernation? Hopefully ASUS will address their deficiencies going forwards. I use a (fairly powerful, slightly noisy) cooling pad to address the heating that folks talk/complain about and it keeps my CPU temperature comfortably in the 50s. Overall I’m very happy with the laptop. Beautiful screen and a decent selection of ports.

The screen on this laptop is beautiful, it is very lightweight, and can run adobe illustrator and other programs I need it to run. Very happy with it!!!

The ASUS Zenbook S16 is a sleek and powerful laptop with a beautiful large display, fast performance and premium design. It is great for students, office work, browsing and entertainment. The battery life is also good, which makes it useful for daily use. Overall, it is a very good laptop if you want something stylish, lightweight and reliable.

This is the BEST laptop I have ever owned. The screen has the greatest color....its beauty!! Response is fast, lighted keyboard is a plus, it's easy to carry with me. Actually I don't have anything negative to say about this laptop.

Really good product. The only complaint was an screen Failure but the best buy team changed the damaged device without hesitation and the new one its perfectly working

The screen is extremely clear and colorful, and it handles everything I used it for —work, streaming, multitasking—no problems so far. Its lightweight for the size, and the white finish looks really clean. Highly recommend!

I can’t give a full review because I returned it. It seems like a decent laptop and every rep at Best Buy raves about it. However personally I was having problems with it freezing up and getting hot. Mine could have been a dud but I ended up going a different route as I wanted reliability. Shout out to the store for letting me return it 2days outside of the return window.

Laptop is full of features and great value for money. Great screen. However, biggest issue with this laptop is heating while charging. It get worse when you are working and charging simultaneously. Asus need to work on cooling systems especially laptops being sold as AI compatible.

This device is great like all the other reviews describe, but there is one bug. Sometimes after turning on, the keyboard lights up and turns on and off, but the device is not awake. I often have to hold down the power button for minutes before I finally get it to turn on. The thermals are definitely the limit for this system, so I can’t imagine the more powerful version would be much more beneficial if you’re doing CPU intensive work, but I have not tried it out. Many of my current work is pushing the CPU and RAM to 100%, so if that’s you, consider a better cooled system Also, this works with my NVIDIA egpu no problem.

Great work notebook computer - very powerful, great UI and battery life, backlit keyboard. I run with 20+ tabs open, and this machine does so effortlessly.

Unless youre looking for a gaming laptop, look no further. This thing is fast, has long battery life, and has a great bright and vivid OLED touch display. At 16”, its weight is unbelievable. Just an all around great laptop.
