The Dual-SIM didn't work, it's important for me to receive calls on both SIMs otherwise it defeats the purpose of buying a Dual-SIM phone. You can't use the DUAL-SIM and the external storage card, you have to use 2 SIMs or 1 SIM and the external storage card.

Got this one Black friday sale. For originally $149 value, its a great phone.

It was working fine but all on a sudden YouTube start freezing and the device becomes really slow. I did factory reset and still same. It was really a great phone for last 8 months.

How on earth can you design a phone as a dual simm but then use one of the slots to fit a memory card. I purchased phone as a dual simm with memory card capability..was I disappointed, My friend has a zenphone 2 with space for two simm cards plus a memory card..My phone broke so i decided to get a new one..knowing how the zenphone 2 works i figured the zenphone 3 should be better ..was i wrong i purchased a 16G thinking i would install a card and all should be well, only to find out the phone system uses about half of the 16 and i can't install memory without sacrificing a simm card . What a backward step what were the designers thinking.

The look and feel of this phone is amazing and that is it after just one day with this phone I had to return it the phone comes with a buggy update that has the screen going crazy flickering and deleting stuff u don't want to it's almost as if the phone has" a Mind of it's own" I tried to ignore it thinking it would stop but it never did u can't do anything with the phone after u update it I'd say until they fix the problem with the buggy update stay far away from this phone I wouldn't even except it if it was free it's completely worthless.

Bought this in Nov 2017 opened it up Christmas 2017 way past the 15 days best buy gives you to return it and out of the box low speaker volume, mic audio garbled. Called support they had me reset to factory and it locked up . They provided me a rma sent it in with all problems listed, got it back in a timely matter, it was unlocked but low speaker volume don't know if the mic was fixed very nice guy round one. Round 2 called again very nice guy rma`ed it suppose to have expedited fixed but its been 30 days no update. I know that it goes to a 3rd party fix it place but Asus may want to consider getting someone else as that place has bad reviews if you work there.

The device feels great but operates poorly. The screen is a dirt magnet, and all of the promised packaging is not in the box. The headphones are missing and though listed as a 4130 battery is on really 4100. You can't download certain apps like Firefox. The Wi-Fi and mobile hot-spot switches won't cut on, it's happens a few times a week. I burn through so much of my monthly data in a day. It will only run on 4g not LTE which in today date is a waste of parts. The camera is fuzzy and very shadowed it's reminds of a full phone camera.

The phone does not read its SIM card just after 3 weeks. Nothing was done to the phone, I left it charging over night and in the morning, could not reach the sim card! Bestbuy would not change it, as it was outside the 2 weeks return period. I called the asus and they can only repair it. I will be left without a phone for half the month.

One of the worst phones i have ever had. The materials it has been made is very sleepy, therefore it is very hard to keep in hand. The sound is awful and it likes it comes from another room. I will never buy ASUS again!

I recently bought the phone but its impossible with the key to get the sim card out and bent the key otherwise it's a beautiful phone
