One day the phone turned off randomly and when try to restart it, it is stuck at the Android loading screen. I have used Asus Zenfone Max before in which I did not face this problem. This is really poor firmware quality considering its only a month and half old . My father has to visit service center to get this repaired.

Lost Trust in the Brand

I was too naive to think that the brand has done better when I purchased.

Screen goes black

When a T-mobile SIM is inserted eventually the screen goes black and is completely unresponsive. A long hold of the power button reboots it and then again the screen goes black after the init sequence. I doubt testing was done for T-Mobile.
