    Not a very user friendly phone. Ring choices are absolutely awful. Doesn’t hold a charge long and it’s not user friendly.

    Calls drop repetitively and phone shuts down and restarts even fully charged

Have you tried any type of troubleshooting such as updating firmware/apps, wipe cache partition, or factory data reset? Please try to do a data or hardware reset. If problem persisted, please take the phone to your local cellular service provider in order to verify if the SIM card is working properly. In regards to the call related issues, please verify if the unit is getting an excellent coverage from the cellular network. If you are accessing applications through a WIFI or Hotspot, please make sure the unit is getting an excellent signal and internet service is working properly. Also, please make sure the phone is running with the most current firmware update. You may download it from ASUS Support site > Driver & Tools > BIOS & FIRMWARE.     I bought this for my Mom. We have replaced it twice. The speaker function is faulty. Sometimes you can only use the speaker function, sometimes you need headphones and sometimes it just doesn't work. Not worth the hassle. We are buying something else.

      I am terribly sorry to hear about the problem that you are having with your Zenfone and I can definitely see how frustrating this must be. I would highly recommend that you back up all the data that you have stored on your Zenfone and do a factory reset on the unit. You can do the reset by going to Settings> System> Reset> Factory Data Reset and follow the steps to complete the reset. After the reset has been completed you can setup your Zenfone and test to see if the issue continues. If it does continue we would be happy to assist you in exploring repair options.
