    Purchased out the box item and it didn’t bot work. I was very disappointed. But I Love Best Buy because i had no problem returning item to the store.

    Doesn't work if you don't have a usb C

    The listing says that you can use usb-a but that is not correct. I have a surface pro 2017 and the included adapter does not work. Even after downloading the driver from the website. Contacted Asus and they told me it will not work and I need to return it.

    Do not buy this screen. It’s not worth the money.

    This product has a lot of problems. I used different 3 usb c cords. It would lose connection to my new MacBook Pro. Because it does not have its own power source, you can’t use it with your gaming consoles. It’s also so flimsy that there is no safe way of using as a portable monitor.

    The only one on the market with only 1 C port? Who designed? Worse? Who sold it! And wont take it back after 15 days! Never buying at best buy never ever ever never!

    It broke after a few months

    This thing broke within a few months. I've tried every trouble-shooting idea, Asus customer service is non-existent, the Geek squad doesn't service them, and I can't get any help from Best Buy.

    I really like this monitor while it worked, which it did for only a single day. Now it will not power on…not worth the money spent.

    I returned it ASAP. Even if it worked, it only connected to some weird USB-A adapter that I didn't have and didn't want to bother buying.

    LOVE! I previously purchased a Lepow portable that continued to have issues with power connection. I love that this Asus does not require a separate power connection, it powers through the computer. That means one less cord and one less hassle. It connected very easily to my imac and works horizontally and vertically. Takes a little effort to figure out the case stand but once I got the hang of it it wa sno problem. I saw comments about color but for my day to day work that's not an issue, I just wanted a lightweight, no fuss monitor to extend my PC and for travel, and this works great for that purpose.

    Pleased with monitor. Compact. Good quality, Good Resolution, and easily connected. Highly recommend if you travel and need a second screen. Excellent customer service with product knowledge, product recommendation, order entry, and product availability on short notice. Lifesaver!

    The screen is excellent and the display is vibrant and nice to work on. The cover as a stand is not fantastic, the angle is very steep, and became difficult to work on for an extended period of time, so i had to buy a 3rd party stand.

    Light weight and crystal clear clarity. Can’t beat this screen. I’ve had the AOC in the past and this hands down is better. Unfortunately for the full features, I can’t use the usb-c. I have to use the adapter it comes with but my work computer is at fault for that. It does what I need it to with being portable

    Asus ZenScreen 15.6 FHD IPS - Flat RGB colors

    I had to use some IT knowledge to get my ASUS ProArt laptop connected. After updating the BIOS and drivers, it finally worked! Aside from that, the flat RGB colors aren’t ideal for graphic designers, but they’re sufficient for productivity tasks. Fortunately, I bought it as an open-box product.

    I use this both as an extra screen for my notebook as well as duplicating my screen for client meetings. Picture quality for my applications is perfect. Plugged into my Dell notebook and it worked flawlessly with no need to download software etc.

    Got this to replace a 22" fixed desktop monitor that has developed some issue and I wanted something to take with me when traveling as can't work with 1 screen anymore! Works well with MacBook Pro although still fiddling with optimum screen settings. Nice & thin, intuitive buttons. A 4 due to stand. It's very flimsy, doesn't stand monitor as upright as I like and does not cover the back at all.

    Exactly what I wanted. It's so thin, lightweight, and portable. The folding screen cover leaves some to be desired, but it’s a good screen cover for while its in my bag. I bought a different stand to hold it. Wonderful for working from anywhere. Would recommend.
